Scam!! THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS A 4- star hotel!!!!!. The only good thing is the room is big. It is an old building, dust under beds, electric socket came off when tried to take my charger out!! Curtains were loose on one end! Stuff were limited in English! Breakfast was poor, a couple of time the stuff said certain things were finished while still within breakfast time!! NOT SURE WHO PUTS THIS RATINGS FOR HOTELS IN ISTANBUL

Good hotel but Small room
Room was a lot smaller compare to the online picture, especially the shower room. The good thing about this hotel is its location, very close to metro. It is very quite, no traffic noise. The hotel also change the towel everyday

Toilet broken. Promised to be fixed but nothing happend. Strong smell in the lobby, gave a bit of a headache. Breakfast included had very poor choice, not at all as pictures.

I didn’t like the cleanness at the enter but after I informed them they cleaned the room . I didn’t like the breakfast there was only a few items or choose and mostly when something was finished there was no replacement,when I asked for a hot egg they brought that but they were not statisfy. Staff was posing and you can not find some one in the hotel to help you in your language specially with the entrance door They have .we hired a family suit but there was no facility for anything and every small thing should be asked from reception for an Iron it took a day to bring as they have shortage of Iron as they declared . The bathroom shower water pressure was near to null and to be under shower you should be just beside the wall . In total that property has a very poor management and staff are not professionals in their field . I will never get back to that hotel again .

Convenient and reasonably priced
We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, convenient and great location. The only misfortune was that there was a disturbing noise coming from the next building which was a bit annoying but I think if we had a higher floor we wouldn’t feel it. With the price we paid we will totally consider staying here again. Thanks for the staff for being friendly

Meget dårlig opplevelse fra personale fra en med litt bart. Vi forlenget oppholdet med 9 dager og vi ble enige om pris og at det var i orden. Men seinere så fikk vi høre om at vi måtte betale et høyere pris og at vi måtte forlate rommet fordi det var en gruppe som skulle komme ditt noe som vi aldri hadde fått beskjed om. Selv om vi hadde gitt beskjed om at vi blir på hotellet i 9 dager så var det alltid en som banket på døra konstant hver eneste dag. Og ikke ga opp før vi kom til døra og spurte om vi skulle være der flere dager. Du kan høre nabo rommene tydelig. Det lukter noe også i gangen og rommene.
