Dear Ruwaydah Ibrahim Yusuf, You stayed in our hotel from July 13th in Three Different rooms. If you were so unsatisfied with our services, why did you stay 10 (ten ) nights in our three rooms without any dialogue ? We remember that one travel agency booked the rooms for you saying that the hotel is 5 star and have connected family rooms. Why you did not take a look at the hotel before you come to spend more than two weeks in Istanbul ? You blame us for the things that travel agency has made up to overcharge you. You can just book your room yourself though online booking channels. We wish all the best for your family and really sorry to see that you have left a comment like this after staying 10 nights in our boutique hotel.

Istanbul is one of the safest cities in the world and our hotel is located in city centrum. We are sorry for the bad incidince that you did not share with us during your stay. Dear Adel, We are sorry to see that our property could not match your expectations and you had to leave earlier than your reservation. However, it is very clear that you have written this review ( by speaking of the bugs and dirty beds) in such disappointed and angry mood that you refer to things that are out of reality. Yes our rooms are small. All the room sizes are clearly stated on booking channels. We upload real pictures of the rooms without any cheaty lens or photoshop. Our hotel is located in Taksim area, on a busy boulevard and this area is lively 24 hour. We always recommend Sultanahmet,Karakoy area for the families with kids. In a city of 18 millions of people, it is very acceptable to hear a constant noise of people and cars. We remember that due to a switch turned off, the ice in the minibar had started to melt and leak water. But we hoped you had told us about the soaked suitcase (that we did not see or know about). When you come back to hotel, you told us that you want to change your hotel because your family is not comfortable and satisfied with our services. I have to write here that it is unlikely to come across a bug or fly in the room as all our rooms have been recently renovated from floor parquet to bed covers, with new shower cabins and wardrobe. There is not a place or a possibility for an insect to be in the rooms unless they fly into rooms from the windows . We would like to inform you that we are really sorry to see that our property was not good enough for you to stay but we are also frustrated to see a review (2 out of 10) like this. Dear Guest, We thank you for your review. We could not get what you mean by "Their breakfast not much ok for girls but not men..". We offer mixed breakfast at table that includes yellow cheese,white cheese, olives, jam, honey, Turkish halva, dried fruit, bread, tomato slices, fried patatos, omlette with unlimited tea and bread.
