All-round great
Great hotel, everything worked. Good service, great rooms, great location, great spa. Only small things were that the pool was cold and they were cleaning it very noisily just when I was swimming (I think they could have waited a bit).

Hot Room and uncomfortable pillows
Very weak AC. Lowest temperature in the room with AC on full power was 22 degree, very hard to sleep like this, it was just too warm. And why was the AC so weak? So that the hotel can save energy cost. For 200 Euro a night very disappointing And the pillows are also just horrible. Cheapest of the cheapest, low quality, very hard and uncomfortable. Had a very bad sleep because of the hot room and the bad pillow. Never again. Location and service are good though.

El hotel Novotel Bosphorus, esta bien ubicado, a tan solo tres bloques está la estación T2 del tranvía, que es la línea que lo puede llevar a uno como turista a las principales atracciones de Estambul. El hotel cuenta con buenas zonas y restaurantes al su alrededor. Por mucho tiempo he buscado los hoteles de la cadena Accord siendo los Novotel una buena opción para visitar una ciudad en la cual uno va al hotel solo a dormir, pues normalmente las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, pero este no fue el caso. El Novotel Bosphorus esta viejo, mal mantenido, las áreas sociales como los corredores esta sucios al igual que el estado de la habitaciones, muy pobre la limpieza. Es una lastima por que el edifico del hotel es bueno, con una gran vista en su restaurante, pero está ya viejo y mal mantenido.

Total disaster and major, never ever seen before after so many years of traveling around the world, such a self ruling decision making and absolutely no hotel protocols followed or that they even ever existed from the management! Must shed light on the border line deceit and con artists techniques the hotel manager uses on travelers! Just saw my credit card additionally charged for absolutely bogus charges ,way after I have completed and paid in full my final bill obligations and had my trip completed and I have returned to US ! What a shame for such a non-professional and non acceptable behavior! Such a pathetic, disrespectful and disappointing experience with the management of this so-called 5 star establishment ! No way , respectfully!

Konaklamamlz genel anlamda çok iyi geçti sadece gürültü çok fazla olabiliyor cam pencere acınca. Koridorda yemek kokusu çok fazla idi.

Big Price No Service
Room allocated initially was horrible and had very poor reconditing and dirty smell. On insisting managed to get the room changed.Service overall horrible despite contacting the hotel no senior manager tried to contact or improve the service .Decided to change hotel Highly not recommend.

Great sightseeing base- amazing hotel
We booked Novotel as part of a longer trip travelling around Turkey. It has been our best stay so far- we slept as if we were in the clouds. The staff were very helpful and always happy to assist with a smile, true home away from home. We used the gym also which was great. We opted for no breakfast option due to so many restaurants in the area but if you have a chance to have lunch or dinner on the rooftop- the hotel restaurants has very tasty food and decor is also beautiful. All sightseeing is walking distance from the hotel but also easy to take a taxi across the bridge.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in a perfect location with an incredible view of the Bosphorus. The train and public transportation is a short 5 minute walk away. A few steps from the hotel is great night life and restaurants. And across the street is a huge shopping outdoor mall, right on the water, with tons of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.
