The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately I was placed in a room next to loud neighbors who wouldn't let me sleep. This went on for half of my 8 night stay.

Our family had an amazing stay. The apartment wa perfect. Had all the amenities needed for a family. Kenan and Mr Deniz were perfect host. Always asking if we needed anything and always fulfilling any requests. Public transport is very close and easy travel to Taksim and Sultanahmet. There are malls and local grocery shops near by and a great selection of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend staying here. Thank you

Olumlu yorumlari dikkate alarak tercihte bulunmustum, tam anlamiyla hayalkirikligi oldu. 1+1 aile odasi rezervasyonum vardı, 2+1 oda verdiler. Jest yapmislar!!!Odada neredeyse hic temizlik yapilmamis, yanlizca carsaf ve havlu degistirmisler.Yerler, masa , koltuklar toz, toprak, sac, kil ve yemek artiklaryla doluydu. Televizyon ekrani, aynalar yagli parmak izleriyle kapliydi. Perdelerin yarisi cikmis, sarkar vaziyette idi. Yerdeki hali 1 ay sokakta kalmiscasina kirliydi, uzerine sakiz bile yapısmıştı. Kapilardaki lekeler,duvarlardaki lekeler, sehpalarin uzerindeki lekeler ve gida artiklari mide bulandırıcıyd,Banyoda lağım kokusu vardı. Resepsiyona sikayette bulunduk. Temizlik elemanlarimiz cıktı, baska da bos odamiz yok, yarindan önce temizlik ya da oda degisimi yapmamiz mumkun degil, zaten siz de bir gece konaklayacaksiniz dediler.Ucreti onceden odemistik, doktor islerimizden dolayi aksam olmustu. Mecbur konaklamak zorunda kaldik. Hayatimda kaldigim en pis,kirli otel odasiydi.Aslinda odalar güzel dekore edilmis ve konforluydu ancak cok ama çok kirliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum , paraniza yazik ...Bir daha da on odemeli rezarvasyon yapmayı asla dusunmuyorum....

Merhaba Ayten Hanım; Öncelikle yaşadığınız olumsuz deneyim için üzgünüz, özellikle yoğun kullanım olduğu günlerde dairelerimizde detaylı koltuk ve halı yıkama yapılmaktadır, siz öğlen arayıp yolda olduğunuzu belirttiğiniz için geldiğinizde ıslak kalmaması adına koltuk ve halı yıkaması yapılamadı. Bunun dışında bahsetmiş olduğunuz parmak izleri ve sehpadaki lekeler oda temizlendiğinde yoktu. Eşiniz ve çocuklarınız 14:00 gibi giriş yaptı ve herhangi bir istekleri olmadı, siz giriş yaptıktan 5 saat sonra ,saat 19:00 civarında bildirimde bulundunuz, gün içerisinde 4 kişilik temizlik ekibimiz memnuniyetle yardımcı olabilirdi. Misafirlerimizin rahatlığı için gerekli özeni her zaman gösteriyoruz. Sizleri tekrar ağırlamaktan mutluluk duyarız. Saygılarımızla

Have had a great experience out of all our stays in Istanbul. Mr Denis has been great and very helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend everyone to come and stay here. Everything is provided in the apartment from pots and pans to irons and other essentials it's like your own home with cooking and cleaning appliances. Overall great stay and has the best wifi, located next to food shops, shops, and malls. It also has a TV with all different channels of different countries and movies loaded. Also YouTube and gym available, There is a breathtaking balcony just outside the gym.

Ich möchte mich zuerst bei Herrn Deniz mehrmals bedanken für die Aufmerksamkeit,Höflichkeit,Hilfsbereit er war immer bei jeder Sache da. Was mir allerdings nicht gefallen hat war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer obwohl ich nur alle 2Tage die Zimmern sauber machen lassen habe (war 7Nächte dort) es wurde nicht ordentlich Sauber gemacht der Boden wurde nie mit einem Staubsauger gesaugt, die Ecken waren mit Staub voll. Und zu der Lobby die Toilette war defekt und das seit dem ich da Übernachtet habe was ich eigentlich Schade finde wenn man mal schnell aufs Klo gehen muss und nicht zu den Zimmern rennen muss. Herr Deniz nochmals danke das Sie mich verabschiedet haben und für die Freundlichkeit, der Rest an der Rezeption war mir nicht sympathisch. Achja der Check-in ist normalerweise um 14Uhr da die Zimmern nicht Sauber gemacht worden sind wurden wir um 2Std verschoben so dass wir wieder aus dem Hotel raus müssten aber als Entschädigung haben wir ins Zimmer ein kleinen Teller mit Früchten bekommen Vielen dank.

Very light and well equipped .plenty of space and lots of seating options. However website information incorrect, there is no gym, swimming pool or cafe on site
