The room was extremely dirty. The floors looked as if they hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. There was something spilled on the floor as well as candy on the floor. The bath towels had hair embedded in them and the bed sheets had something on them behind where the pillows were sitting. Pillows were also paper thin. For the entire hotel being at full capacity, it was very quiet. Just disappointed in how clean the room was.

Property was as expected for the price. Check-in took forever but it was clearly the computer system and not the staff. Appeared clean. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Minimal toiletries were provided. Coffee was awful! Only had powdered creamer and sugar.

We are a hardcore punk rock band and we had some shows in the Jacksonville area. In tour you try to find somewhere safe to park a van full of music gear. We checked in at 3:45am after a very long drive. The front desk woman helped us locate a parking spot that was well lit and in view of the cameras. She was so helpful and it was reassuring to know that she actually gave any kind of care about us and our stay. The room did have a musty smell to it but hey , we are a punk/hardcore band. It’s 1000 times better than sleeping in a Walmart parking lot. If you need a decent place at a good cost I would recommend this place. It was walking distance to tons of food. Would stay there again if we are in the area in the future.

I loved everything about the property except when I entered my room it had a musty bad smell. I would stay again though. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Don’t stay here. 2 days after my stay staff charged my card an authorized amount of 150 that I caught by checking my card. Staff was very rude too, don’t recommend unless desperate and down bad.

nice location for going to events shopping and dining. but upon check in, the bathroom toilet was not clean, ac is loud, fridge is loud and the light on the microwave is too bright. plus check out is not until 11 am and housekeeping was knocking at doors at 9am.
