This immaculate holiday villa has six spacious bedrooms over three floors and a large wrap around naya (terrace) with stunning views across the valley. The villa, which sleeps 14, is in the foothills of the beautiful Montgo, Natural Park in Jávea, on the Costa Blanca coast. It's perfect for families to enjoy spending time together. It offers a large swimming pool, 12 person whirlpool, private tennis court and padel court both floodlit, sports field, pool table and table tennis. A unique benefit of this property is the stunning established gardens. If you love plants, you will love exploring the Mediterranean garden where children can enjoy playing hide and seek.

The villa boasts several private shaded seating areas which are perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun sets. There is an impressive BBQ area and chef's table on the paved swimming pool terrace alongside a covered dining area. A separate games room with its own terrace and pool table ensures you can enjoy the evening without worrying about disturbing younger members of your group. Located on the Costa Blanca, a little over an hour's drive from both Valencia and Alicante airports, Jávea has 20 kilometres of coastline where you will find locally run companies offering water sports activities to suit those seeking adventure. Arenal beach is pedestrianised and perfect for families with a lovely holiday vibe. You can enjoy the shops and open-air market or one of the many bars as well as a great selection of restaurants. Keen walkers will enjoy making their way to the summit of the Montgó Natural Park. You won’t need any climbing equipment, just a good pair of trail shoes and a camera to capture the impressive views! Away from the coast is the historic old town where houses line gorgeous narrow cobbled streets, blending whitewashed walls with the local golden “tosca” sandstone. The streets are lit up with fairy lights in the evening, perfect for a romantic stroll. The port area offers another dynamic and is well worth exploring. Layout

A large open-plan kitchen that seats 14 leads on to a grand terrace (naya) with impressive views the valley. The terrace provides a relaxing seating area and alfresco dining for up to 14 people. On the first floor you will find; Bedroom one - double bed with en suite, Bedroom two - double bed with shared bathroom, Bedroom three - two single beds with shared bathroom, Bedroom four - master suite with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom including jacuzzi bath. On the 2nd floor you will find Bedroom 5 double bed with en suite and on the ground floor you will find Bedroom six - two single beds and a double bed with a large en suite. The ground floor offers direct access to the swimming pool area.

The villa has one king sized bed (made of two single beds), four double beds, five single beds and a double sofa bed.


Exterior

This traditional style villa benefits from stunning landscaped gardens with over 1,400 plants. Guests can also enjoy lots of on-site activities including; large swimming pool, spa, tennis court with rackets and balls, table tennis, pool table, sports field with football goals, basketball net, trampoline and yoga area.

The covered pool-side terrace seats 14. In addition the outside kitchen with BBQ has its own chef's table that seats 8. There is also an outside toilet and shower facilities.

With a private gated entrance there is parking for three cars and an electric car charging point.

Alicante airport (ALC) is the nearest airport, which is 83.9 km and 1 hour by car. Other nearby airports include Valencia airport (VLC) 96.1 km and is 1 hour 15 mins by car.


Accessibility

There are a number of floors and terraces located across the site which are only accessed via steps. Some of the doorways are narrow and not suitable for wheel chair access.
