The shower was broken in one of the bathrooms. When the front desk guy was notified of issue, he did not seem to care or make a note of the problem.

They will say they are charging your card for incidentals and then use that charge for parking. We were never informed there would be a parking fee as we did not leave our car for a flight.

The staff was amazing and very polite. Our stay was great except for the horrible smell of Marijuana that woke us up in the middle of the night. They did offer to move us rooms, but I didnt want to pack up mybfamily of 5 in the dead of night. Overall it was a very nice, spacious and clean room. I would stay here again l.

Everything was great, but received additional charges that we were not told about when we booked, such as $10 a night parking fee. Hotel had a lot of fees. There were no towels in the pool area, froze on way to room.

We chose this hotel due to the hot tub. At 3:05, less then 1 hour from check-in time, we received an email from the hotel notifying us they no longer had a hot tub. If we had known this on the date of the booking, we could have found a different hotel. When we asked the desk clerk about it, she said it had been permanently closed since at December. The Hotels.com app still listed it as having a hot tub. We were given a room in the farthest building from the office but told that the only way to get a luggage cart would be to push it from the main lobby. No other assistance was offered. Once in our room, we discovered there was also no ice machine anywhere in our building. It would have been appreciated to know that when we checked in, to save a return trip to the front lobby again. But it was not the only reason we had to go back to the front desk. We booked a suite for 5. We were given a room that while having the expected number of beds, was not prepared for the size of occupancy; We had a total of 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. In the kitchen we had 2 glasses, 3 plates, and 3 spoon/forks. When we asked about this at the front desk, we were offered plastic spoons from the breakfast area, but no apologies for the issues. The room itself was pleasant and clean, but we are crossing this location off our list due to the lack of a customer friendly experience.

They need to rehire and train their cleaning staff, this property is just straight up disgusting. We were initially given a room on the first floor with a patio and just inside the sliding glass doors there were hundreds of dead bugs. What looked like wasps, ants, lady bugs, and beetles were lining the trim of the door and embedded into the carpet. Once you notice one disgusting thing the other issues tend to jump out. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the grout around the shower was moldy and hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed, the door and corners of the walls had cobwebs, and the vent in both the bedroom and the bathroom were caked in dust. The staff there put us in an adjacent room and low and behold, that room had the exact same issues as the previous. Instead of offering a refund (I didn’t ask for one either but they probably should have at this point) they decided the problem was the first floor patios so they put us on the second floor right above the other two rooms. Our third room assignment in one evening didn’t have bugs, thankfully, but had the same exact issues with the mold, dust, and cobwebs. Seriously, who cleans this place? If I had a child crawling around in this room I would be sick to my stomach wondering what they got into or touched. I would expect this from some seedy $50 a night motel but a residence inn owned by Marriott? I’m not sorry for this lengthy review and I hope whoever reads this looks for the same issues
