Riesige Anlage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und Extras. Ein hervorragender Service in allen Bereichen! Exquisite Lage zurückgezogen am Südende der Halbinsel mit viel Landschaft drum herum (dadurch aber auch etwas abgeschieden/abgeschnitten, Auto benötigt). Zu verbessern wäre noch Schattenmöglichkeiten bei den Spiel-/Badeplätzen für die Kinder. Das Babyplanschbecken ist toll, steht aber völlig ungeschützt frei in der Sonne.

Really enjoyed the experience. The facilities were lovely. Can’t go past the pool and the beach. It was so scenic! With a family there were lots of activities for the kids to do including beach games and football that were hosted by Miraggio staff. The music of an evening in the oasis lounge was a highlight as was the thermal spa. (However 50 euro additional charge for the spa) Only draw back was the cost and not a lot of variety of restaurants (4- one was closed) so you end up going to the same ones over and over, which got a bit boring. You need to have car as we went into pkehori one night and it cost 40 euros for the taxi there and back - 10min ride. We will come back to Miraggio but we will book a club room or a room closer to the pool and rent a car at Thessaloniki airport.

Very bad experience
As a VIP customer, I expect an upgraded room when available. The reception made the opposite - downgraded me to the worst room in the hotel, asking money for updrade, when at least 33% of the hotel is EMPTY. In the room - sinks where plumbed, balcony is below the road level, blocked by the road one meter from it. Lights went on and off during the night without control, waking us up again and again. Outside - due to rain - sea shore, all pools and restaurents were closed. Inside spa was available for extra charge, but, so croudy - not even enough chairs for all the people there. Simply terrible!!

We were mislead by hotel call center and later they even said that email correspondence is fake, apparently due to cyber breach, and the promised deal cannot be accepted. We were told we will get some extra benefits as compensation but it was followed partly without real attention to the security breach the hotel had which affected us, the costumer. I dont recommend this hotel due to the way they treat thier guests

Happy to have chosen Miraggio for the holiday! Let me explain why. The resort is new, beautiful architecture and interior design, quality in every detail and in materials used (natural stone and wood), excellent service from all staff who makes you feel important and welcome all the time, with a kind smile. The beach is great, sandy, big distance between sunbeds on Club Members beach, thag also provides has very nice cabanas, water crystal clear. Impresssive boats in the resort marina. Pools large and l well maintained, with jacuzzi. Serenity in adults only pool, swimming among palm trees. Excellent breakfast in Evria restaurant, with eggs menu, greek coffee, prosecco, and diverse and delicious food. Good and diverse food as well at dinner buffet. Live music and very pleasant atmosphere every night at main bar terrace, overlooking the sea. Valet parking for the car. The room in the Club Members wing was large, very confortable, beautiful bathroom, cleaned several times a day, and using its private pool in the hot afternoons was a real delight! Special thanks to Nikolaos, our host, for the beautiful surprise he (and thebl resort) made for us as we have celebrated our birthdays there, and for the whole holiday experience at Miraggio!

Very pleasant
We visited the hotel mainly as a relaxation treat. Cons: 1. During our check in, we had a problem with the door keys but it was resolved fairly quickly. 2. We asked for a double bed and we could feel that it was twin beds attached, but the top mattress was very thin and we could feel the single bed frame in the middle section. For a resort room, I’d expect a more comfortable double bed. Pros: Overall, stay was very pleasant, the facilities were in great condition. Room inside was nice, clean, the air-con was very responsive, good variety of amenities, complimentary coffee, tea, water and fresh fruits. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities and the pool areas. Staff very friendly and polite. Also, the beach was very nice.

The Miraggio was a pleasing stay, however that it was overpriced. We always stay in 5* hotels. We felt that for the price we paid we should have been offered half board. The price for the buffet restaurant was ridiculous. €45 per adult and €20 for children over 5 was extortionate, considering what we had already paid for the room. We had submitted a complaint regarding their failure to tell us children were not free. A manager kindly spoke to us and offered to waive €50 for late check out. We thought this was really kind and made us feel good about our stay as our flight was so late, this gave us more time to enjoy the hotel. However at check out, when we went to pay for our extras the lady behind the counter just told us the amount without providing a full breakdown of the costs incurred, tapped it into card machine and asked us to pay. I then thought I would like to see a full receipt of our costs just to make sure the overall price was correct. We have stayed in 5* hotels across the world, whenever we check out the staff ALWAYS prints out the full balance and presents it to us so we can understand how the amount has been calculated. The lady agreed to give me a printout but then proceeded to stuff it into an envelope. I said no need for envelope I want to see balance now. When we looked the fee of €50 was added to our bill. Had I not asked for a breakdown we would have paid. She corrected the amount. I found this very unprofessional.

Die Unterkunft entspricht in jedem Fall im Hinblick auf die Ausstattung und der Aufmachung einem 5-Sterne Hotel. Auch das Essen ist hervorragend! Insbesondere die Desserts sind ein Traum!!! Der Service ist zumindest teilweise dürftig. Am ersten Tag wurde die bestellte Flasche Wasser einfach nur auf den Tisch gestellt. Einschenken und Nachschenken mussten wir selbst. Ein No-Go in einem 5-Sterne Haus! Am nächsten Tag hat es jedoch funktioniert. Zu erwähnen ist in jedem Fall, dass dieses Haus überwiegend von Russen beherbergt wird. Entsprechendes ignorantes und rücksichtsloses Verhalten ist vorprogrammiert. Im Spa-Bereich gilt (logischerweise) Handyverbot! Aber an Regeln wollen sich die Russen nicht halten. Face-Time mit Führung durch den Spa-Bereich sind keine Seltenheit. Außerdem wird lautstark kommuniziert, so dass eine Entspannung nicht möglich ist. Das Personal unternimmt gegen das Fehlverhalten ebenfalls nichts. Für uns war es definitiv das letzte Mal im Hause Miraggio. Schade eigentlich.

Kæmpe minus var restauranten..... absolut forfærdelig mad og ingen service (fik oftest ikke tilbudt kaffe til morgenmad) virkede underbemandet og selve restauranten var en stor sal, som det på ingen måde var en fornøjelse at tilbringe tid i..... hotellet stor flot, men mangler en del på mad og service for at kunne berettige 5 stjerner

Sehr schöne Anlage mit einzigartiger Lage! Essen und Service mangelhaft. Sehr lautes Restaurant, Kantinenessen.Das Hotelmanagement muss sich entscheiden, ob es ein Familienhotel oder Wellness-Hotel sein will! Beides passt nicht zusammen!

Schöne saubere Anlage, die aber eher 4, als 5 Sterne verdient hat. Das Frühstück war für mich eine Katastrophe. Immer nur das gleiche und von der Qualität her fand ich das Essen nicht sehr hochwertig. Billigstes Obst/Gemüse/Wurst und Käse. Nur normaler Café ist kostenlos. Der Rest wird mit ca.5€ berechnet. Der Spabereich ist auch nicht inbegriffen. 20€ für Erwachsene/10€ für Kinder pro Besuch. Positiv fand ich, dass für Kinder viel geboten wird, die Poolanlahe und den Hoteleeigenen Strandabschnitt fand ich auch super. Ohne Kinder würde ich persönlich eher ein anderes Hotel wählen, da es sehr viele kleine Kinder gibt. Außerdem sollte man hier unbedingt einen Mietwagen haben, um abends auch wanders essen zu können, denn die Restaurants sind für Ihr Angebot völlig überteuert. Auch fand ich nicht so gut, dass das Zimmer zwischendurch nicht sehr ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Alles in allem war es dennoch ganz schön, aber ich würde n zweites Mal dieses Hotel buchen.

A 5 star resort
Α brilliant resort lying in a hill in 6 levels with private beach and pools with warm sea water,an amazing view,very clean and high quality of service.The only one issue the cats going around the tables in lunch time.

Personale scadente, svogliato e non consono ad un hotel che si vanta essere un 5*. Location e spazi molto belli ma gestiti malamente e superficialmente per una clientela non consona alla categoria.

Beautifully hotel, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is very good Dinner wasn't tasty, and not hot. They charge 3.5 euro for water, and in their Italian restaurant 6 euro for water..why?makes is abset. The water in the spa should be hot.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your rating! We are glad that you enjoyed our housekeeping services and you found all our areas clean and tight. Water in the main restaurant costs 3,00€. In Portofino it is a matter of Brand. Aqua Panna Or Pellegrino are high quality restaurant waters. The temperature in our spa pools are almost 34 d.c. which is considered the correct one.
