Ho'ohu Nanissa on neljä makuuhuonetta (2 Master-sviittiä), Den, taitettava sohva, neljä kylpyhuonetta ja kaksi puoli kylpyä. Merinäköala yläkerran oleskelutilasta ja peitetystä Lanaista. Keittiöön kuuluu huippuluokan laitteita uudella Wolf-sarjalla, kauniit graniitti työtasot + baaritiski ja iso ruokapöytä. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat kulinaariset työkalut. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on liukuovet, jotka johtavat terassien ja / tai kansien ulkopuolelle, mikä mahdollistaa helpon pääsyn sisä- ja ulkotiloihin. 50th wedding anniversary
Our family had a fabulous stay at Andy‘s place. We had three generations of our family visiting from mainland US and Germany and everyone enjoyed the entire property. We had plenty of bedrooms, and the AC units were a great addition. The pool and hot tub were also favorite features that we all enjoyed after our long days exploring the island. The Weber BBQ was in use almost every day and extra propane tanks were readily available. We will certainly plan to come back! Thanks for making this big anniversary a very special one! Mahalo!

Fantastic House
This property was just perfect for our group of 9. It was spacious and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and was a joy to cook in. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Location was great. We were able to walk to several good restaurants. The highlight was seeing turtles and a seal at Brenneckes beach just blocks from the house. Andy, the owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We can’t think of anything else he could do to make our stay any better!

Beautiful island home, great host and wonderful location
We had a group of six adults and all of us really enjoyed this home. The house and grounds are beautiful and exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa each evening after a long day of activities. The location was wonderful - we walked to Poipu beach almost every morning and it was also an easy walk to the Hyatt (Shipwreck Beach) and we could easily drive to different parts of the island for excursions and shopping. Andy was also one of the most attentive, responsive and accomodating hosts we have ever encountered. Best of all, this house has been furnished with everything you could ever hope to need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beach towels, coolers,umbrellas and chairs for the beach, plus so many extras in the house itself. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked and the spacious upstairs family room was a perfect place for gatherings or meals. Beds were comfortable and the tasteful island decor throughout really made this the perfect vacation home.

Tropical oasis
This was our 3rd year in a row coming to Kauai with my family and we have found our forever vacation spot in Andy’s home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is fully stocked with anything you need and more. Crib/pack and plays for the littles, stroller, high chair, beach wagon, beach toys, I could go on and on. Andy was so great on quickly answering any questions we may have had during our trip. All the furniture is very nice and the place is unbelievable. We loved watching the sunsets off the deck at night and the quick .5 mile walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Spot for Families
This house was above and beyond in so many ways. Location is fantastic - nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Poipu and Shipwreck Beaches, near great restaurants, and with lovely ocean and landscape views. The kids were obsessed with the pool, the hot tub was amazing under the stars. More than anything, this house was stocked with everything you could need. It made for such a relaxing, luxurious stay, because we didn’t need to spend so much time collecting the essentials. Andy was generous and kind with communication. We could not have booked a more perfect place for our family vacation. The house, the pool, the garden, all were beautiful. Trip of a Lifetime
Our trip had 3 generations. Our parents are in their late 70’s and 80’s plus we had young children. My brother-in-law said it was the trip of his lifetime. We could not have asked for more attentive hosts. They went out of their way to make our trip exceptional. Every single person on our trip could not stop raving about this VRBO home. Our children played non-stop in the pool and hot tub. The home is so inviting and friendly with beautiful ocean views from its neighborhood location. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen was spectacular along with each bedroom. We cannot sing our praises loud enough. We hope to return someday for more Kauai paradise. Most of us would load up our jeeps with the beach gear provided by our hosts and drive down to the beach, but the beach is in definite walking distance. Often those walking would beat those of us driving. We spent 9 days over Christmas 2023, and we could not have asked for a more magical experience. We saw so many sea turtles both snorkeling and sleeping right on Poipu beach too. This location and accommodation was perfect for the young and the old. We just returned, and all of us miss it already. There is a ping pong table and a lovely yard for kids to run around in. I will miss looking out at the ocean from the deck drinking my Kauai coffee. Kauai coffee along with choice of a regular drip pot, press pot or pour over are provided. Every detail you could need has been thought out. Loved the beach club too! Mahalo

There are 3 important checklists for a vacation rental. 1) location 2) living space 3) amenities This beautiful property has the best location. A block from the beach with privacy! Separate suites for individual space Amenities are countless. Hot tub, pool, all beach gear, specialized soap and hair products. Fully stocked kitchen, spices, top quality appliances. I don't think I have enough space to tell you about our stay. From the the very first step of reserving the home to check out, our host Andy and Sarah, were very attentive to our needs. This place checks all the boxes. Andy is an amazing host and the house is perfect for 8 people (2 kids and 6 adults) and it has almost anything you can think of. We had a wonderful time and decided to stay close to the house the last night and the girls got to see some monk seals on the beach— our group has nothing but great memories and some great tans. This place has it all. 4 separate bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Beds are excellent, sheets are excellent, pool is excellent, kitchen and appliances are excellent …lots of room for everyone, multiple patios and decks. The host is super-responsive and hospitable - lots of nice finishing touches. The home is in excellent repair and very clean. No regrets at all, and highly recommend.

The welcome snacks and flowers on the dining table really set the tone for a great stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! 6 adults and four young grandchildren. Family reunion
This was our second stay here in this home with our family.The first was 12 years ago. It is such a beautifully designed and quality built home that is lovingly maintained. It is walking distance to a beginners beach to get comfortable before driving to other beaches. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! It is in such a lovely private garden setting- so relaxing. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for a three generational family. As a group, we have rented many houses over the last fifteen years and your house was the best! It had everything we needed and more. We are staying on the Big Island now and the house is fine, but there is no comparison. We had 8 of us, ages 2-65. This home was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have space with great areas to gather. The house could not have been better stocked with beach gear, baby gear, spices and cookware, paper goods etc. A great place to prepare a family meal. Close enough to take a short walk to the beach or take a golf cart to neighboring beaches. The pool was an added bonus after a long day at the beach. Andy was a joy to work with.
