Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen ja hotelli on rauhallinen. Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla erilaisia tuoreita hedelmiä mikä oli positiivinen yllätys.

An ok place for a visit in beautiful Anncey
A good place with friendly staff who mostly spoke good English. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness of the room not so good (we stayed for four days, and would have hoped for a more thorough cleaning during the days. It wasn't bad, just not up to our standards)... The location of the hotel was very good.

Kiva perushotelli, erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Pienehköt huoneet, mutta kyllä sen kesti, koska huoneessa käytiin vain nukkumassa. Lyhyt matka nähtävyyksille.

Viehättävän vanhakaupungin keskellä kävelymatkan päässä bussi- ja rautatieasemasta. Aamupala oli runsas, tosin kananmunia kaipasimme.

Good location and breakfast with fair price
Good location and room quality with decent price. Although you had to pay separately for breakfast, it was worth it. What was minus was the view from our room window (only a brick wall :( ). However, otherwise quite happy.

This was a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We walked to every thing in the old town area. The staff was wonderful and the Facilities were comfortable. We did not have the morning breakfast buffet but it looked very good. There is also a nice bar area. The rooms are small with comfortable beds. The only downside is the lack of amenities in the bathroom. The website said shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. but there is only an all in one body and hair wash. It is perfectly usable but if you prefer more - bring your own. Bathroom was extremely small and had poor ventilation leaving a bit of a mildew smell. Overall it’s a great boutique style hotel with a fantastic location - I recommend.

The hotel is extremely well situated right in the heart of the old city, comfortable, and with friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again and hope to return to this beautiful city.

The property was well situated in the old town with public parking underneath. We had a balcony looking onto a square and the room was spotless.

For a short visit to Annecy the location is great, right in the Old Town. Very good price but room was not wonderful regarding very small size and lack of facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly
