"Moderni hieno hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupalalla croisantteja, leipää, jogurttia, muroja, jälkiruokaa. Hotellin lähellä on vähän mitään mutta metropysäkki oli kävelymatkan päässä ja helppo käyttää. Check-in oli nopea koska tämän pystyi tekemään verkossa ennen hotellille saapumista. Hotelli on maalattu mustaksi eli ei ole pinkki enää. Ravintolassa hyvä palvelu ja hyvä kanacaesar salaatti. Huoneet siivottiin hyvin joka päivä jos jätit clean please lapun oveen. Vartija iltaisin hotellin edessä joka toi turvallisuuden tunnetta. "

"Nice and clean old hotel by the lake. Wonderful location close to the train station and the ferry port. There’s a construction site in front of the hotel but it did not bother us much. Great breakfast, delicious plums!"

"Breakfast was poor and expensive. Restaurant was supposed to be open but we were told that there's only few foods that they could heat us from fridge. There's no real restaurants near the hotel so that would be important. "

"Most of the things in this place were great like the view, bed, service, cleanliness etc. The staff was supportive and very clear. The only things we didn't like were mould in the shower, broken furniture like chair and wardrobe in the room and a spooky lift. But since we were in Milan to explore the city and have a place to sleep, this fitted in our budget as well as the neighbourhood is great, with great local bars and pizzeria nearby as well as the metro."

"We booked this based on the good reviews, but unfortunately I can’t understand those. The hotel lobby and gym were nice and clean and breakfast was good. Our room was outdated, our window faced a wall and other rooms’ windows. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeky. We only had one big blanket and when we asked for another one, they did not bring sheets. I then went and asked for sheets and they gave me one (which was not enough for the blanket) and then the next day the cleaner took it away. The shower was very irritating, because the water temperature dropped constantly. The shower drain was blocked. Also, people wrote that the food was tasty - it was not. We ate at the hotel bistro once and it was not good, just overpriced. The best thing here was that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But it wouldn’t be enough for me to stay there again."

"The hotel is exactly as in the pictures, and the views from the room were incredible. The parking is free but limited, and the gate closes at 10pm. You can arrive later on foot, but won't be able to park on the hotel premises. We parked in front of the hotel with no issues, but it was almost full every time so be prepared. The breakfast cost 15€ extra and was great for an Italian hotel breakfast (they had scrambled eggs, muesli, etc, which is often hard to find in Italy). Nice value for money. There's one big problem with the hotel, which is the extreme lack of noise cancelation. We could hear our neighbours from the opposite end of the hallway as well as the ones behind the wall, not to mention the car and motorcycle noises. Almost every time someone in the floor shuts their door you wake up to the bang. To be fair, I suspect many old hotels around this area suffer from the same problem, but we slept poorly. Pack earplugs. We visited during peak summertime, and we barely made it back from Bellagio as the ferries were booked for many hours in advance. When venturing out, always buy the return in advance and be prepared to queue for 1-2 hours in Bellagio (you might not fit in the next boat). This is a common problem in Lake Como, we saw stranded people all around. Overall, the price seemed very fair for the establishment. If you aren't a rough sleeper, I'd recommend this hotel happily."

"Rauhallinen hotelli jossa ystävällinen ja osaava henkilökunta. Huone oli siisti, siitä erityismaininta siistijöille, jotka selvästi osasivat työnsä. Jos kuitenkin on matkallaan ajatellut viettää aikansa Milanon keskustassa, kannattaa miettiä keskeisemmältä sijainnilta majoitusta.Hotellin läheisyydestä pääsee helposti bussilla metroon, mutta matkustelussa kuluu jokin verran aikaa. "
