The hotel is clean but our Air did not work for three days. The staff was no accommodating in moving us of fixing the problem. $180. a night for a room that does not have air is unacceptable. My wife and I both were sick due to the poor air conditions. Once we left the room, all symptoms left. We will most likely not return to Onomo.

Dieses Hotel nutze ich sehr gern zu meinen Urlaubsreisen nach Togo. Sehr freundliches Personal und Service, auch deutsche Sprache möglich. Sehr gute Küche, stark französischlastig, aber super, sehr gutes Frühstück, auch europäisch. Der Service und alles was dazugehörig, sehr gut und zu jeder Hilfe breit, Schöner Pool am Abend, aber leider zerstört duch ohrenbetäbender Lärm mit Disco Musik, warum muss das sein, niemand am pool will das unbedingt, und vor allem nicht in dieser taubmachenden Lautstärke. Was will das Hotel damit erreichen ? Wir haben niemand getroffen, der das wirklich hören wollte ! Schade auch für die Gäste mit Zimmern zum Pool,und das bis spät abends. Es gibt auch ähnliche Events auf den Grünflächen des Hotels, ok mit Ankündigung und nicht jeden Tag. In Zukunft muss ich darauf achten, welches Zimmer ich buchen kann.

Hidden gem on the shore of Keta, with a beautiful view of the beach, top level hospitality of the staffs and great food. The place is even accessible with public transport, as the lodge provides dropoff at nearby tro tro station just 3 minutes by drive. Don't forget to book for the full body massage which is provided at an affordable price compared to its quality.

Excellent sejour de 16 nuits
Bien situé, en face de la plage et à 15 minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants. Grande piscine et salle de fitness. Le personnel est attentionné. Nous avons même pu profiter d'un vernissage d'une expo de peinture. Plusieurs espaces agréables dans hall ou vers la piscine pour les rendez-vous. Dommage que le buffet du petit-déjeuner et du vendredi soir soient servis et non en libre-service, ca peut bouchonner.

The bathroom might be an issue due to its closeness to the bed. The hotel was doing some room renovation. Instead of blocking a section of the hotel for renovations, they had guess stay next to rooms they where renovating. The smell was uncomfortable

Globalement cet hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix, bien situé. Mais le gros point négatif reste leur formule petit déjeuner. Sous couvert du covid (mais comment font les autres hôtels !) une personne vous sert derrière une protection qui ne protège rien. Inefficient breakfast buffet.
Everything very nice. Will stay there again. Only down side is the way they serve breakfast. It’s buffet style but workers make your plate for you. It’s awkward, crowded and annoying.

Onomo Hotel is one of the best hotels in Lome. I enjoy staying here everytime I visit Togo; I strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers coming to Lome. The food served in the hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but they offer good quality and clean food. The staff is very friendly and hospitable to their guests. Thank you, Onomo.
