Contact detail reported in Expedia confirmation email doesn’t exist. No reception available. One hour spent at the phone with Expedia customer care for getting nothing back. In front of the door no number to call. I was unable to do it check in, I had to book another hotel at last minute. They stolen my money!!! Very disappointed with Expedia too. Poor service and no refund. Only option to book another hotel with them much more expensive than the other competitors. My suggestion: never book this hotel! They’re fraudulent!!! Lorenzo

如果能有選擇,還是不要住這一家!
旅館沒有服務人員,只在門口留下連絡電話, 要打電話才能得知如何check in, 沒有半個人服務,真的很不方便, 因為我有提早來看地方交通,因此從hotel.com 留話給旅館, 所以我有提前接到旅館的入房指示, 我也碰到其他要入住的房客, 因為要聯絡旅館, 電話來回打,又不通,或是電話號碼不對, 這樣的住宿很不方便! 這樣的旅館也想要做生意! 房間很小且器具也只是充數而已!

Smelly Musty Room Not Good Value For Money
Considering the price we paid for this room, it wasn't worth the value. The room smelt stale and even an air freshener and scented candle could not rid it. There were a few flies in the room when we arrived. Shower was good, toilet was just down the stairs. We were gifted with many sachets of coffee, but no milk. A fridge was in the cupboard, so we could chill some beers. The bed was very uncomfy. If the room was sold at £20 per night, then okay, but not £116 for 2 nights, it's just not worth it in the condition its in.

Only book it if you want to have a bed for few nights to stay in London and if you are able to deal with bad smell, simple toilets and a terrible constructed building (rain dripped into the staircase). As the room was very cheap and we saw the reviews, we were informed beforehand and not that disappointed. Actually, the room does not look like as shown on the pictures, however our room was ok (warm water, clean bed).

So-so room
Having no staff on site, all the instructions I had to go by came in an email which I only got after I contacted them on their freephone number. The room was, I guess, a family room having bunk beds with a single underneath with a double on top. There was a "kitchen" area with sink and pots & pans but nothing where the hob would have been. The curtain didn't quite fit the window - even less so when it came away in my hands when I came to open it in the morning as it had only been fastened to the frame with electrical tape. Not a room to boast about!

Filthy hostel
When we arrived, we were told by a sign on the door to ring a number to get the code, rang for over an hour, no answer. When another resident came out we went in and we're horrified. The place hasn't seen a vacuum for years, there was filth all up the walls, food and bits all over the floor and the carpet didn't even fit. We still couldn't get through on the phone to get the code for the key box so decided to look for somewhere else. Expedia managed to get hold of the owners and they refused to give me a refund.

Hotel bien placé en zone 2
Nous logions en sousplex c'est à dire dans les sous-sol avec de la lumière du jour. Studio de 15 m2 avec le standard de base. Pas de luxe mais un bon rapport qualité/prix pour la zone 2 de Londres.

Absolut unzumutbar! Finger weg!
Das Haus in dem sich die Zimmer befinden sehen auf den ersten Blick schön aus und wenn man ins Innere kommt erlebt man sein böses erwachen.. Auf dem technischen Stand wie vor 30 Jahren.. dreckige Toiletten, hellhöriges Haus. Wir waren wirklich geschockt, wie man so etwas vermieten kann!! Mitten im Raum steht die Duschkabine! Betten sind völlig durchgelegen! Die Heizung lief die ganze Nacht sehr heiß und war nicht abzustellen, so dass man gleichzeitig das Fenster aufmachen musste. Wir wären am liebsten in eine andere Unterkunft gezogen. Das Hausmädchen hat sich aber alle Mühe gegebenen sauber zu machen und zu retten was es noch zu retten geht..

Très mauvais
Lamentable.... 2 chaises pour 3, 2 assiettes pour 3, idem pour les couverts. Matelas improbables. Un super évier de cuisine qui fait aussi lavabo le matin. Wc à l'étage.... sale. Un bon point : 2 stations de métro très proches.

Great Location, OK Room
The location is really great, you have transit connection really close by. The room was ok, fairly clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The building is pretty old so you can hear everything happening outside your window and in the room above you. We also didn't have any warm water coming from the shower.
