Fantastic service! An okay room.
Service, friendliness of the staff, and of course the location were excellent! 5/5 rating for the staff. However, I received a wheelchair friendly / accessible room for some reason so everything in the bathroom (sink, mirror etc.) were placed very very low. The room was surprisingly a bit worn out, despite the hotel is relatively new with a higher price point.

My favourite hotel to stay in when visiting London. Lovely vibe, ultra clean and comfy beds/bedding. Customer service is excellent.

Great hotel. Gym is small with 2 running machines, 3 pelotons, and very limited dumbells. No weight machines or free weights for the bars there.

쇼티치 중심에 있어서 위치가 아주 좋고 룸이 크고 쇼파&테이블이 있어서 업무 보기도 좋았어요. 직원들도 모두 나이스하고 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 웬만한 곳은 다 갈 수 있어요.

The location, staff and lobby area of the hotel are all wonderful. Lots of great restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. Lots of bus stations and Shoreditch High Steeet stop very close by. TV channels were such an awesome bonus, lots to choose from. Rooms are very spacious which is really nice. My issues with the hotel were more about my room. I stayed in the back of the hotel hoping it would be quiet, and I was constantly woken up by the service doors by my room at all hours; it was incredibly frustrating. I also had several days where my room would smell of rotten eggs from time to time and I couldn’t place if it was from the hallway or the bathroom; I didn’t have any food in the room either. My bed was quite firm and I like a softer bed; but that’s ok - can’t win ‘em all. Overall, I think it’s a good hotel for the price but with a few minor downsides.

a beautiful modern structure, friendly and helpful staff, the only complaint is the high volume of music in the common areas and bars. If you really want to broadcast music, do it with more acceptable volumes. The cocktails at the roof bar are definitely better than those at the ground floor bar. when I return to London I will come down to 100 Shoreditch.

Nice rooms and facilities. Extremely busy hotel. Staff seemed stressed and those on the desk adopted a "not my job" attitude. Concierge missing. Long wait for bags. Used to feel like a premium experience, now, you get better service in the Prem Inn Hub.

The staff are wonderful. The room is spacious and well decorated. Very comfortable bed. But the bathroom feels a bit outdated and the shower over bath is not movable as it’s stuck to the wall.

Great hotel and good value for money. Spotless room , v comfy bed and great friendly staff. Issue with TV resolved immediately. Only complaint would be that we were on the 6 th floor and could hear people above us (presumably in the bar area ) walking around on a hard floor after we had gone to bed.

Great property, very welcoming, good area. Staff was very good . Rooftop not as acceptable as like and closed at 12. Snacks only really on rooftop we felt as well . We will go again really cause of location and friendliness

Breakfast issue
The hotel is good however the breakfast system is convoluted: there are 2 prices and in order to get the lower price (with restricted options) you need to book in advance. Very non-practical! A hotel should offer or not offer breakfast as part of the daily rate, simple as that! It could be that they do not have the infrastructure to cook breakfast....and if that is the case, practical provisions need to be implemented.

We have just returned from a weekend stay at 100plus Shoreditch. All the staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. A warm welcome on the desk from Shuma when checking in and from both Shuma and Giselle when checking out. Mitchell the Saturday night doorman went over and above to find us a taxi when our pre booked uber did not arrive. All staff an asset to your organisation. Room was clean and very well equipped and food was excellent. We would highly recommend a stay.

Bra men lite utanför
Förstås ett bra hotell men ligger möjligtvis lite utanför men beror förstås väldigt mycket på var i London man tillbringar dagarna sen.

Staff needs a little more manners
The bed was a little more firm than most hotels we have stayed in. The staff when checking in did not apply our discount from hotels.com and insisted it was correct although I questioned immediately and the following morning. It was resolved at checkout with another staff member. No towels were requested since ours were hung up but wash clothes should be changed out and we had to ask for them all 3 days. Room was clean and decorated well. Need something for usb plug for phones more easily accessible by bedside. Restaurant both rooftop and main lobby were not very nice

Over all very nice place to take for a couple of days staring at London’s pulse. Keep(ing) in mind restaurant / breakfast is not worth, least to say of my experience
