Hyvä sijainti
Hotelli on todella hyvällä paikalla aivan Waterloon aseman vieressä. Huone ei ole mikään kovin iso eikä varsinkaan lisäsängyllä. Aamiainen todella englantilainen ja itselle pelkkää koiranruokaa. Myös todella ruuhkainen.

Perfect long weekend as tourist in London
I was on a mother-and-son trip with our 11-year-old. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, quiet room (we were on the 1st floor but the isolation was good) and convenient location for sight-seeing. The breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular - wish we had noticed the waffle pans a bit earlier though! The only thing missing from our room was a toilet brush.

Tykkäsimme kovasti :)
Sijainti todella hyvä, bussipysäkki hotellin edessä, metro parinsadan metrin päässä, Tesco metron vieressä. Kävelymatkan päässä paljon nähtävää. Aamiainen erinomainen jos tykkää englantilaisesta aamiaisesta, mutta syömistä löytyi myös meille jotka emme siitä välitä (mm. leikkeleitä, vihanneksia, jogurttia, hedelmiä, croisantteja ja muffinseja). Huone siisti ja hiljainen (vaikka ikkunamme alla ambulanssiasema, niin siitä ei tiennyt yhtään mitään). Ainoa puute (tässäkin hotellissa) kunnon kuivatusteline pyyhkeille. Mielellämme olisimme samoja pyyhkeitä useamman päivän käyttäneet, mutta kun ei ole paikkaa missä pyyhkeen saisi kuivaksi niin pakko oli ottaa uusi joka päivä. Ilmastointi toimi tosi nopeasti ja huoneen sai yöksi jäähdytettyä sopivan viileäksi.

Tulisin uudestaan
Huone oli reilun kokoinen ja siisti. Palvelu oli avuliasta ja respassa yksi työntekijä osasi suomea, mikä oli positiivinen yllätys. Aamiainen ei ollut suomen hotellien tasoa, mutta ihan ok. Hotellin sijainti on mitä mainioin, metro/rautatieasema lähellä niin helppo lähteä liikenteeseen.

Stayed 4 nights. Location is good. Close to metro. Breakfast had good variety and always found a table. My chief issue was no hot water in the shower. Literally cold showers for 2 nights. First time I called front desk, girl said it was "illegal" to adjust the temp. No mention of calling maintenance. Complained in the AM and they said they would check. When I returned in evening I was moved to abother room. That room did not have the sofa bed setup so waited for housekeeping. Plus the safe didn't work. Overall the stay was decent but I wouldnt go back. In think management could have done more with the water situation. For the money I paid pretty unacceptable to not have hot water.

Hotel is starting to look tired and they are not repairing problems. Was a good hotel but last couple of stays have not been good. Breakfast is also getting worse. Very noise through the night on 1st floor and doors banging until 4am. Aircon didn't work again and havd to open window to cool down room at 4am. Was up to 25c in the room Will look elsewhere next time

We ate in the restaurant at night. Service was very slow & chicken curry was tasteless. The sauce had no spice in it. Very bland. Disappointing. Breakfast next morning was fine though

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is walkable and if you wanted transportation it is all there.

The location was great as everything was walkable. The food at the hotel was good and the staff was very friendly.

The initial room smelt of damp but the hotel changed it without fuss and gave us free drinks at the bar. Very friendly staff

The staff were all great - the hotel clean ; rooms quiet and everything worked Breakfast was a massive let down. Cramped - limited coffee unless you like queuing for 20 mins ; Mould on my GF Toast ; and general poor cooked food. Not a great experience ( we stayed 2 nights) We wont be back as there is a great choice in London and Hampton should be so much better

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had issue with spare key going missing but issue was resolved. Breakfast could do with more ceral options its a lottery. Internet is very poor especially when hotel is busy. Had to use my mobile hotspot as speed was early 2000s poor.

Nette verzorgde (standaard hotel)kamer. Ontbijt goed verzorgd en voldoende te krijgen. Alleen maar één dag van de drie een gekookt ei kunnen krijgen. De andere dagen hadden ze deze niet.
