Building is old and tired. Beds small decor poor bed up against window with ledge Wardrobe is so small and literally built into wall no hanging room Bathroom dated and shower hard to operate and soaks bathroom due to positioning in bath Expensive to park and no reduction for part day stays Needs a revamp and updating desperately

I am utterly mad as this hotel cancelled my reservation last minute. My vacation messed up trying to find another hotel. I will not stay at BW again for sure. I will also put review in Trip Advisor and other places.

The hotel is situated near many other Heathrow hotels and for that reason it is very much geared towards travellers - meaning they don't anticipate guests to stay very long. There is not much in the way of restaurants nearby, except a McDonald's which is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is accessible by a short 10-minute bus journey from Heathrow. The rooms are rather dated and there wasn't a microwave though there was tea and coffee facilities. The reception staff at check-in was friendly, though the person at check-out was not. Cleanliness could be better maintained as there appeared to be food service near someone's door in late evening and still there the next morning. It was also unclear whether this hotel was also housing asylum seekers as there did not appear to be a very safe vibe when arriving late in the evening. For what it is though, it is fairly affordable for a London hotel - but it is a Heathrow hotel for a reason, not meant for multiple night stays nor a base to be used if wanting to explore the city.

Rooms were a bit outdated but staff was friendly and was good value for money. Please note there is not a USB port near bed which could create problem if you rely on phone for alarm and don’t have UK adapter.

Good location on the 111 bus route to terminal 2 and 3, with bus stop outside the hotel. Room very dated, no microwave, lack of usb charging ports, air con set too high which you can't change. Had to open the window to cool the room down which meant lots of noise from the busy road and planes lining up to take off. Pretty disgusted by some of the clientele who could do with a good scrub. One of them was sat in the foyer with his bare feet up on the table next to the chair he was sat on. I'd upload a pic if I could. We won't be back.

Just fine for a a short stay
Nice for an overnight near the airport. Very easy to get to and from via Heathrow. Obviously an older building that needs an update. With that, it's very clean and comfortable. Staff I spoke to were friendly and make check-in and out easy. Only noise was how hard the doors slam shut. Never heard planes, could be because my room faced the interior of the building.

The good things were that it was close to the airport and bus stops. But checkin was 7 hours after our overnight flight from the States. Asked for earlier check in weeks before with no response. Waited in the lobby for hours within sight of the desk. 6.5 hours later when I watched him check others in I spoke up. I asked… Do I still have to wait until 2 pm to check in???? He replies, oh let me check. This was just one of the incidents that occurred. Later I went to the desk because the carafe that heats water for coffee or tea wasn’t working in the room. I was told, oh yes it does. They all work. Did you plug it in? I replied yes. She said did you flip the switch? I said yes. She said well they all work. I asked if I could get coffee downstairs and was told there will be a charge for that. And these are the smallest rooms and beds I’ve ever experienced. Thankful it was just 2 nights.

It was ideal for people who wants to see London on foot. The transportation was excellent and the guides at the train station was excellent.

Another good London stay
Shorter stay than usual but equally relaxing. Very nice and professional reception. Breakfast was also good.
