Taso säilynyt ed käynnin jälkeen
Mukava hotelli keskeisellä paikalla ja hyvien yhteyksien päässä. Hyvä aamiainen ja mukava kuntosali/saunaosasto. TV huoneessa ei toiminut. Respan ihminen illalla teki parhaansa saadakseen kuntoon ja tarjosi huoneen vaihtoa. Emme sitä jaksaneet, niin saimme juomat korvaukseksi. Erinomaista palvelua! Tosin ei toiminut seuraavanakaan iltana luvatusta korjauksesta huolimatta. Onneksi matkan tarkoitus ei ollut TVn katsominen.

Hyvä aamiainen, ok huone
2 metroasemaa kävelymatkan päässä, ok sijainti. Aamiaisella melko ahdasta, mutta monipuolinen ja hyvä aamiainen. Hedelmäsalaatin saatavuutta piti kyttäillä ja kahviautomaatit ruuhkaisia etenkin, kun joinakin aamuna toinen oli pois käytöstä. Hyvät sängyt, huoneiden siivous tapahtui aika myöhään, kertaalleen loppui wc-paperi (siivooja ei ollut tarkistanut tilannetta). Huoneessa vesipullot ja pesuaineet, kiva juttu. Voin suositella.

Two parents and a child on a long weekend vacation
Great location in the City nearby Tower Hill underground station. Breakfast perhaps is only worth of 3 stars according to the international standards, the breakfast room being also quite busy and crowded. Coffee available only from machines, which causes queuing. Nice room, but A/C and/or temperature control was not working properly, so it was too hot in the room at night for my preferences (mid-October). Wifi worked well. Some minor noises from the street (5th floor) occurred, but the room otherwise was not affected by noise from other rooms. Peaceful, I would say. Over all, I was quite satisfied.

Hintansa arvoinen erinomaisella sijainnilla
Erinomainen sijainti Lontoon kuuluisimman sillan ja kruununjalokivien kupeessa, heti metroaseman ulko-oven läheisyydessä. Kuitenkin rauhallinen hotelli. Aika lähellä satama-alue ravintoloineen. Runsas ja maittava aamiainen sisältyy hintaan.

Nice hotel in a great location
Hotels in London tend to be expensive - this hotel was a nice surprise, the price /quality ratio was very good! The room was of good size with a roomy bathroom, the fridge was refilled every day with free water bottles (very nice!) and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good too. Location is great, literally one minute from tube station (Tower Hill) and short walk to Tower Bridge and many restaurants. The only negative aspect was that the room was too warm and we couldn't get it any cooler. The staff was helpful but apparently there was nothing they could do about it.

Our air cooling system is set on winter mode at this time of the year, this is why you might have felt hot air blowing inside the room. To switch off the system, you need to take out the key from the socket in the wall. Das Zimmer war wirklich gut und auch ausreichend groß für 3 (inkl. 12-Jährigem im Beistellbett. Liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Tower Bridge entfernt und eignet sich auch sonst - dank der Tube-Station „Tower Hill“ super als Ausgangspunkt für kräftezehrende Sightseeing-Trips. Das Frühstück ist gut, abends haben wir nicht dort gegessen. Im Vergleich war es preis-leistungs-technisch aus unserer Sicht die beste Wahl. Wir werden sicher wieder hier landen, wenn es nach London geht.

We had a nice stay at Novotel Tower Bridge. However, we would like to comment. We could not understand why there was no phone or a way to directly contact reception or room service.? We put down £100 at the front desk in case we wanted service to our room. We ordered a few simple things and it took nearly an hour to get to us. My husband had to go and search for a way to contact the room service. He eventually found a whats app. Not having direct contact with reception is a major step backwards. Overall good, but this particular problem should be addressed.

This hotel is in a great location to explore the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London within steps. It is right at the Tower Hill tube station so transportation to other parts of the city is also quite easy. There is a great on site restaurant and bar and easy walking distance to other many fine restaurants including the amazing Indian cuisine of Brick Lane. I will definitely stay here again!
