Really good hotel with perfect location
Really nice hotel with perfect location. 5 minutes walking to the Waterloo station and you can walk also to many other places. Hotel is clean and beds were really good. Next time I”ll come to London, I”ll absolutely book this hotel.

It's in a perfect location, and the staff is kind. The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on. The shower design and door could be more friendly.

If you are visiting London this is the perfect location to stay at. All of the main sights are in walking distance and the hotel itself is phenomenal.

The hotel was great location for walking distance to bin ben, London Eye and if you like to explore you can walk to the Palace and also to the Tower Bridge, good size of the hotel, needs some deep cleaning and remove the mold from the caulking in the shower

Hotel was very close to all London highlights. The problem is there are to Park Plaza and Uber and Taxi always pickup and drop off on the wrong hotel and we hav to cross the street if the driver is not willing to go to the other side.

The staff was Amazing!! Each morning and evening my son was greeted with a special gift. The hotel staff were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel staff and service were excellent especially the breakfast staff. I recommend getting the breakfast option so you can get a head start on your day. The breakfast food choices were more than adequate, staff was courteous, the room is clean but tight, the bathroom is decent but there’s no exhaust fan, location is very good and safe, fyi when choosing the room there’s the city view and the London eye view which are different. Overall it’s a very good option in London.

The wonderful staff is what makes this place stands out. I wish I got their names but we had a couple of incredible front desk people that helped us with check in on the day of arrival, and also throughout our stay. We wish to thank those two incredible staff members for making our stay comfortable.

Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen waren sehr freundlich. Alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist super - schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch schnell an Bahnhof und Underground. Es war durchweg perfekt.

Great location and great room. Could not imagine a better room. Very pleased with everything... absolutely everything. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. I had a special request for my 20 yr anniversary, and staff greatly assisted- very pleased! The one and only downfall the Mrs. and I noticed, -hope i do not offend anyone- when we asked questions about locations, restaurants, the area etc. it was not understood due to the level of staff who are obviously not locals. I tried a few times to talk to the staff on hand and no one could understand the simple questions asked so we asked people who were outside of the hotel. Aside from language barrier (odd for UK) everything was just great! really it was great.
