Mainio hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Kaikki sujui hienosti, paikka on siisti ja toimiva. Ei mitään ylimääräistä mutta ei mitään puutteitakaan. Hyvä oli olla muutama yö.

Excellent hotel with some deficiencies
Breakfast a bit disappointing; Very average food, staff looked stressed, delivering wrong portions and portions to wrong tables. If you want to enjoy the rooftop views in the evening, remember to reserve your place beforehand. Otherwise, a top-quality hotel.

Great hotel with personality
Very nice hotel, would happily go again. The decor had more personality than most hotels with black and white pictures of classic celebrities and other cute and colourful details. The service was great and friendly and the room had all that you'd need and more. There was very little noise from other rooms or the street although it's a very busy area. The only shortcomings I can think of was the breakfast buffet, especially as it ran out of some things quite early and the hot and cold water in the bathroom having to be turned on from separate switches.

Great location, newly renovated clean but avoid
The hotel location is great close to many key places in central London. It is newly renovated so the rooms are nice and functional with a very comfortable bed. I found the breakfast buffet "could be improved" - no hot dishes as part of the buffet but to be ordered (and paid for) separately.Upon checking the hotel will place an extra hold on your credit/debit card - as do most hotels nowadays. I find this sends a strong "we do not trust you" message but as said almost all hotels seems to do it. However in my case still five days after the check-out the hold has still not been released/returned. And upon contacting the hotel via email I got a reply that states and I quote "we usually return the funds within 5-7 days". Personally I will stay away from a hotel with such an attitude. I spend 40-60 per year in hotels and have yet to experience this until now.

excellent place to stay, the rooms were very beautiful and roomy. There is always at least 4 people at the front desk. The staff is amazing! They are engaged with each customer and excited to help the patrons. I was very impressed with how professional everyone was. the location is perfect transportation to anywhere you need to go steps away. I would stay here again and again!

The hotel is under construction and sounds like a war zone. We got to our room and it was literally shaking from the jackhammers above us. Nowhere in the listing on Expedia did it mention construction we asked to cancel our reservation so we could go to a different Hotel. They didn't want us to cancel so they offered us a junior suite with one bed. I was traveling with another person and neither of us were interested in sharing a bed. They refunded one room for two of the three nights. The other room which we booked for one night which was the following night not the night we arrived they refused to cancel. We ended up having to spend money at a different Hotel even though we couldn't stay at the one we paid for. The Hotel needs to be shut down during construction it's completely unacceptable. I have recorded the construction noise from our room and have submitted a claim with Visa.

Early check in requested and provided by the hotel which was nice. Free minibar facility was welcome. WiFi quality was poor, should be a lot better. Lobby space was tight. No restrooms in the lobby as some reconstruction going on. Location of the hotel was excellent and made our stay very productive.

The room was so much bigger than most London hotel rooms. Wonderful to have a bathtub but the shower was poorly designed. Everything else was great.

Beautiful hotel across the road from the Trafalgar square, spacious room, friendly staff, great roof top bar with amazing views. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooftop restaurant as well worth it! There are amazing views of the city, and the London eye. When we first got there, our shower did not drain so I went and talked to Kola and Srikanth and they took care of us immediately and upgraded our room. Thank you again for everything, and we will be back!
