The room was dirty and had a musty mildew smell. The area around it was loud, if you are noise sensitive be wary. Difficult to contant through phone number.

Didnt like how you communicate with the front desk. No room service or service to call for more sheets or blankets. Bathroom was always wet like there was a leak. Bed and pillows are very stiff

Worst stay I've ever had. Window was broken & boarded up with cardboard. Heater broken. At least the bed was somewhat acceptable. To make matters worse they never refunded my security deposit. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I don't know how they manage to have the rating that they do (6.2 stars when I booked) but don'I trust it like I did!

Réservation annulée suite à un changement de carte
Réservation sur cette hôtel n’a pas eu lieu suite à un changement de carte bleue de plus nous avons pas eu de confirmation et d’informations pour changer la carte bleue donc nous sommes arrivés Réservation annulée il y avait deux nuits de chambreet impossible de trouver un autre hôtel réservation fait six mois à l’avance Notre séjour commençait très mal je pense que Hotels.com est responsable

We are sorry for the inconvenience. if a credit/debit card is declined and not able to pre-authorize for one day. The reservation is put under cancellation and the guest must either update the card details or contact the motel.

Even though there were some bad reviews online, my stay was really quite enjoyable. My room was really quite nice, and the shower was amazing. Staff was nice and helpful in anything I needed.

Once is enough
The bathroom had mold, the front door lock was broken. It wasn’t that clean overall. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

Not for couples but you can rough it, alone.
When I drove to the property, it’s condition is actually shocking. It really looks ‘run down ‘. The room, although below par, is not as bad as you may think, based on the outside appearance of the property. It has a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV with lots of channels, WIFI, and was not as bad as first thought... but it’s not for couples! You will be in the dog house for sure!

Travelocity said Computers were down and hotels Management said, "No record of myself in their system. " Was billed on credit card and no one from Travelocity has called me back. I'm displaced in my car, no shower, no Housing for tonight. Late for meetings in Dungy clothing and your sorry your Computers are down. What about your customer in the street. This is the 3rd incident with Travelocity. I'm calling State that governs your company, and request charge back to my card for inconvenience and room costs. Will not take credits in system like before. Need Management to call back like I requested.

There was no payment received online, also our management is very strict for taking payments online or at desk. We take payments at the desk only. Veškerý personál nepříliš přátelský. Úklid ani výměna ručníků neproběhly. Naštěstí jsme strávily jen 2 noci. Přidělené ručníky s černými fleky. Osušky žádné. Chybělo křeslo nebo židle a nebo stolek. Wi-fi nekvalitní.
