Ok my Dad (75 yr old) for which I made the reservations for had a bad experience upon check out. I believe there is a scheme going in within the staff that needs attention by the management.
Upon check in, they have asked my Dad for a 3000Php deposit, wherein the paperwork only says 1000Php, so no issue with that, but upon check out they refused to give the whole amount, saying that only 1000Php was taken. So after a lot of discussion to the extend of suing the hotel because they intentionally are not willing to give back the entire deposit of 3000Php. Are they trying to “budol” the guests?!?!?
So after much unnecessary arguments, they gave it back.
I hope this review gets to the management, and I am more willing to give more specifics of the incident.
