Rest assured that these details have been communicated with our team, in order to ensure all Room Attendants are more attentive during servicing to identify issues such as these and avoid future occurrences. In relation to your comments regarding the construction noise levels, please note that we do find guests sensitivity to these sounds can vary and our team are always happy to offer alternative options when communicated during your stay. Potential solutions could include a room facing an alternate direction, which could completely remove the noise levels or at the very least reduce it. Additionally, we certainly do understand our guest’s frustrations relating to the lift wait times. This is due to one of the lifts currently requiring some essential maintenance, however please be advised that we are trying our best to have this rectified at the earliest possible opportunity.
