Casa Cascadan tuominen on perinteisesti suunniteltu espanjalainen huvila, joka on asennettu ja kalustettu korkeatasoisesti. Suuressa tilavassa oleskelutilassa on täyspitkät liukuovet, jotka avautuvat suoraan terassille (näillä ovilla on lasten turvaominaisuudet). Tyylikäs infinity-allas asettaa näkymän upeille näkymille Port Addaian venesatamaan. On varjostettu patio, jonka paikkaa 8 varten ulkoilmaruokailusta, jossa on 2 ulkona olevaa kattotuulettajaa. Jos sinusta tuntuu, että nautit auringosta nauttimalla rentouttavista aurinkotuoleista ja rottinkityylisestä patio-sohvalla ja tuoleista.
Keittiö on tilava ja kevyt, hyvin varustettu astioilla ja ruoanlaittovälineillä, ylimääräisenä ajatuksena olemme lisänneet viininjäähdyttimen. Jos keittiö ei ole asialistalla, kokeile BBQ: ta, tämä on perhe-kokoinen Camping Gaz -yhtiö, joka toimitetaan pullotettuun kaasuun. Huvilassa on yksilölliset ilmastointilaitteet kaikissa makuuhuoneissa ja oleskelutiloissa, jotka tarjoavat lämpötilan. Vaihtoehtona ilmastointilaitteille on useimpiin ikkunoihin asennettuja säädettäviä hyönteisverkkoja, jotka voidaan sitten jättää auki. Yläkerrassa on kaksi kahden hengen huonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ja kahden hengen huone, jossa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Aivan mestarin kahden hengen makuuhuoneen vieressä on suuri aurinkoterassi, josta on kauniit panoraamanäkymät. Toinen kahden hengen huone kylpyhuoneella, jossa on king-size-vuode, sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa puutarhan vieressä.
Takaterassilla on täysikokoinen pöytätennispöytä, lepakot ja pallot

Kylän keskusta on helpon 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä useista baareista, ravintoloista, jotka tarjoavat erilaisia elintarvikkeita, joihin kuuluvat espanja, italia ja eurooppalainen, lahja- / paperikauppa (päivittäiset sanomalehdet sekä minimarkkinat, joissa on laaja valikoima päivittäistavaroita, hedelmiä ja vihanneksia) , myös tuoreita croissanteja ja patonkeja.

Addaian venesatama on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä (noin 3 minuuttia), ja se tarjoaa rentouttavan paikan tavata ystäviä juomia, lounasta tai illallista varten. Venesatama tarjoaa viehättävän näkymän eri veneisiin ja huvivenesatamaan. Erittäin rentouttava tapa katsella kuun nousua lasillisen viinin kanssa.

Family holiday
Thee were 7 of us staying, ranging in age from my parents in their 80’s to our grown up children in their 20s. The house was perfect, so well equipped, clean and suited to the needs of our inter generational family. Rowena was great as our host and we found everything perfect. We would totally recommend Casa Cascada and hope to come back.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location
This was our first time in Menorca and also the first time we’ve been abroad with our 3 children - one of which is only 10 months old. We came with my parents so 4 adults and 3 children and the villa easily gave us all enough space to relax and unwind. It was spotlessly clean and like a home from home with everything you could possibly need. Rowena was so helpful in the run up to the holiday answering lots of questions and getting back to me very quickly. Iris was just the most lovely lady and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved it that much we are definitely booking again next year but for two weeks because one week was not long enough! We fell in love with Addaia, it’s so quiet, safe and the roads and gardens are so clean and well looked after. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but close to the nearest beaches and the busier Arenol area. Highly recommend this beautiful property ⭐️

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Port Addaia.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines sur place. La maison est très spacieuse et agréable. Il y a 4 chambres dont 3 à l'étage. La terrasse et la piscine à débordement offrent une belle vue sur la mer. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires. Port Addaia dispose de bons restaurants, dont un sur le port. C'est une très bonne base pour explorer l'île!

Good Location & Well Equipped Property
We had a lovely stay in this villa. The property is very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers. The pool is lovely and warm with a great view. The location of the property is great for exploring the island. The owner is on hand should there be any issues (which there were not). Thoroughly recommend it.

A perfect holiday rental property
This is a lovely, well maintained, villa with wonderful views overlooking the marina. There are restaurants and a well stocked supermarket nearby and an excellent beach within 10 minutes drive. The neighbourhood is quiet and if you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, holiday then this is the place for you. There is a glorious infinity pool also overlooking the marina and numerous sun terraces.The property is managed by the owners who live close by which is definitely a bonus because they couldn't have been more helpful. We had a lovely holiday and have no hesitation in recommending the property.

Beautiful villa in an amazing location. The only negative comment is that we only stayed for one week! The service was excellent and we were made to feel most welcome. The attention to detail at this villa is real testament to the owners. We all fell in love with Menorca.

Perfect property and area to stay
We found the villa incredibly well equipped, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. After a warm welcome, we settled in to this clean and comfortable villa. The area was perfect for us, nice and quiet with a couple of lovely places to eat. The little harbour offers kayaking, paddle boarding and boat hire. For sandy beaches and beautiful coves, there are several nearby, a car is necessary. Given the chance, we would love to go back.

Lovely Villa - July/August 2018
Lovely villa, very clean with plenty of utensils,crockery etc. Spacious lounge area. The views down to the harbour from the pool, patio and upper balconies were superb, the pictures on the HomeAway website really don't do it justice, they are much better and they certainly exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Rowena (the owner) on arrival who couldn't have been more helpful during our two week stay, likewise her children. Our 3 grandchildren aged 5,6 and 8 loved the infinity pool and were playing and swimming in all the times of the day and evening as it was lovely and warm. Nice touch leaving a welcome pack for us on arrival. The area is excellent with a few really good restaurants. We liked El Castillo the best of all as it served superb food and have very, very friendly staff, highly recommended by all of us, including our grandchildren. There is a small supermarket in the centre (5/10 mins away) with a good selection of food plus fresh bread etc baked on site. It is slightly more expensive than the larger supermarkets (approx 20 minutes away by car, easy to get to) but this should be expected. There is also a small shop for newspapers plus souvenirs, clothes, swimming gear etc. Snorkeling and fishing close by plus boats, bikes and kayaks you can hire for a few hours in the harbour. Strolling around the harbour looking at all the lovely boats after a few drinks and snacks/meals was also very enjoyable. Myles, Kathryn, Sarah, Graham, Mathew, William and Eloise.

Superb Villa with glorious Marina outlook
Seven of us were very comfortable in this very well appointed Villa with lovely walks in the surrounding area, and kayaking and paddle boarding in the Marina, a quiet area but with a well stocked Supermarket within walking distance. A car would be advisable with children to go to the beaches, as the buses are not too frequent. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the barbeque is superb, altogether a great Villa for a family holiday

A beautiful villa in a stunning location
We had a fabulous week. Iris and David could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The villa was well stocked and we didn't need to buy much and the welcome pack was great. We think the literature should stress the need for a car as there are only a few restaurants within walking distance and one of these was closed for 2 days whilst we were there. Otherwise we loved Menorca and the villa thank you

Lovely Villa
The villa is very well situated with great views across the small harbour. It is in a quiet area but easily walkable to several restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. There are also nearby walking paths around the edge of the coast. There is a boat trip from the harbour going along the coast including two stops for swimming and snorkeling. The villa itself is spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. At the time of our visit the owners were in their own villa next door and welcomed us on arrival explaining how everything worked. We would recommend this villa to anyone wishing for a relaxing holiday.

Superb Villa
Excellent location about 25 minute drive from the airport. The villa was absolutely superb with top quality fixtures and fittings, lovely pool and patio overlooking the harbour. Three restaurants within 10 minutes walk as is the local supermarket, there is a national park just around the bay if you would like a relaxing walk. Many outher restaurants within 15 minute drive, the whole island is very accessible and traffic volumes are very low. The local people are very friendly and extremely helpful, the British owners of the villa are next door to help with any questions that you may have. If you are looking for a relaxing luxurious break then this is the place for you BR.
