Hyvin miellyttävä kokemus
Kokemus hotellista oli erittäin miellyttävä ja ystävällinen. Huone oli uusittu ja siivous päivittäin. Palvelu oli avuliasta ja vastaanotossa oli aina henkilö saatavilla. Sijainti oli täydellinen ja huoneeseen ei kuulunut kadulta ääniä, vaikka Ocean Driven yöelämä oli aivan vieressä. Paljon hyviä ravintoloita, kahviloita, merkkiliikkeitä kävelyetäisyydellä. Bussipysäkki helpon ja lyhyen matkan päässä. Aamupala oli parantunut viime käynneistä; paahtoleipää, jogurttia, muffinsseja, muroja, appelsiinimehua, kahvia/teetä ym. & huomaavainen palvelu. Jäi erittäinen mukava ja iloinen olo hotellista. Kaikki sujui, kuten oli sovittu ja palvelusta vielä erityiskiitos.

Hyvä sijainti
Pieni ja persoonallinen hotelli rannan ja kauppojen lähellä. Hotellissa on hissi, joten liikuntaesteinenkin pääsi huoneeseen. Meillä oli kaksi huonetta ja toisessa oli omituinen haju, mutta yhden yön vuoksi ei jaksanut valittaa. Hotellin ravintola oli mukava rento italialaistyyppinen perheravintola, toimi meille loistavasti kun hintakin oli kohtuullinen. Autolle oli maksullinen valet-parkki, mikä olikin hyvä kun tila-autoa olisi ollut hankala mahduttaa erittäin pienelle parkkipaikalle. Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

The room was way smaller then the pictures, didn’t know the beds were in the floor, bathroom was super tiny, and the room smelled like dust and mold.

Picture online does not match in person, stains on toilet seats, double beds are super low, no water for guest everything you have to pay for. No microwave at hotel not even front desk. I would have expect a small refrigerator, this hotel does not have.

We are sorry you were unhappy.We do have a Front Desk. The Receptio at Lobbyvwhere yoy check- in.We do have a roon type with microwave and refrigerator. Studio Roon with kitchen. But you booked the Standard room. Description clearly indicates there is none of the features in the Studios.Thank you.

We loved Ocean Five Hotel, the location was perfect! It's walking distance from dining and shopping and the beach is right across the street. We loved the room and the kitchen, and the price was so right!! Definitely got a lot of bang for the buck. The hotel staff, I believe spelled Josue, greeted us with kindness and tons of information. He was probably one of the nicest people we met on this trip. Josue made us feel so welcomed. Ocean Five Hotel will be our go to place when visiting Miami from now on.

The pictures are very deceiving. The floor is old cracked up marble. The faucet was dirty. We didn’t even sleep under the covers. They also fail to mention on the Expedia app that they hold $50 on your card when you check in as a security deposit

this hotel maybe not very new, doesn’t have mini fridge and microwave in room. however, it’s clean and everything seem fine. we had a room behind the restaurant, we can eat at the restaurant immediately if we are hungry. parking is extra, $30 per hotel day right next to hotel. however, the staff r nice enough to let us park additional time after check out. the beach is at walkable distance, i would stay again if i am visiting miami beach again

Great location, very friendly staff. We were in the second building and it seemed like the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything going on outside of our room. Air conditioner was really loud. If only staying for a couple of nights, I would stay here again.
