Tämä koti sijaitsee Middleburyin kaupungin sydämessä ja kävelymatkan päässä yliopistosta, keskustasta ja ruokakaupoista. Se on täydellinen vain kahdelle tai suurelle ryhmälle tai perheelle. Täysin uusittu elokuussa 2017, sillä on hämmästyttävä täysin varustettu kaupallinen keittiö, juuri asennettu ilmastointi kaikissa kerroksissa ja 3 isoa makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja suuri kokoontumis- ja elintilaa sekä suuri eteinen ja takakannu.

Olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutila ovat alakerrassa ja kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta yläkerrassa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on täysin varustettu avoin kaupallinen kahvila ja iso saari, jossa on istuimet. Kaapit ovat täynnä kaiken, mitä tarvitset palvelemaan gourmet-ateriaa. Puoli kylpy on kätevä pois keittiöstä. Ruokasali on istumapaikat 6 hengelle. Viihtyisä perhehuone toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi suuren sohvaosaston ja tuolien kanssa, joissa on mukavat istuimet väkijoukkoon, HD-taulu-tv: hen, pelit ja palapelit. Toisessa kerroksessa on hiljattain remontoitu 2 makuuhuonetta ja 1 täysi kylpyamme. Hiljattain kunnostettu sali kylpyamme mahtuu kaksi makuuhuonetta - yksi queen-vuode ja twin ja toinen 3 kaksoset.

Mestari on suuri tila, jossa on king-vuode, oleskelualue, pieni työpöytä ja televisio ja uusi master kylpyamme, jossa on sisäänkäynnin kaakeloitu suihku ja marmorinen turhamaisuus. Kaikki tämä on yksityisomistuksessa kolmannessa kerroksessa.

Upea pesutupa sijaitsee kellarissa omaan käyttöösi.

Great spot!
We had a very comfortable stay here while we enjoyed Middleberry with our teenagers and grandparents. The house was incredibly clean, and the owner very helpful and responsive. There are great hiking trails just at the end of the street that we used to daily. Beautiful. Quick drive to downtown, and also about a 12 minute walk which was enjoyable. Two bikes too.

What a weekend we had in Middlebury! We were able to all stay together in such a warm and spacious house. Everything was easy about our experience - from check in to check out. Our family stayed at this house for several nights to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Middlebury. It was the perfect place for this! Everything looked just like the pictures and this house has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. Including a lovely back deck and yard. If we come back to Midd we will stay here! The owner was very responsive both before booking and during our stay!

This is a beautiful home with every amenity you could desire. The house is clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this very comfortable, beautifully decorated home. The beds were terrific, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need, the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern, the furnishings and design elements in the house were great and the open flow of the first floor was perfect. They got the details right and made the house attractive and inviting. Ashley is super responsive and got back to us right away. Check in and check out were easy and we had all the info we needed when we needed it. Overall a great stay and we'd highly recommend.

Everything about this house was even better in person than it looked in the photos! We were 7 adults, together for the wedding for daughter/sister/niece. Our family's contribution to the feast was to prep all of the appetizers. Having an incredibly well stocked commericial kitchen was grand!
