Muy buena estancia, a pesar que es una zona ruidosa (que nos lo habían comunicado) compensa , situacion inmejorable a pocos metros de zonas de interes, transporte publico en las inmediaciones, metro, bus, tranvia y tren Zona de ocio , restaurantes y supermercado a pocos pasos El unico pero ,falta de utiles de limpieza en el apartamento : una escoba, fregona espartos osea algo con lo que mantener el aseo diario de una casa ,sobre todo para una estancia de 5 dias Puntuacion de notable alto

ロケーションは最高です。駅が近いのと歩いて１分ぐらいでリベイラ市場があります。また、バイシャエリアも近いので何かと便利でした。 ただ、ネットでは２４間チェックイン可と書かれてますが電話で確認すると１６時からと言われました。飛行場着が８時だったので荷物を預かって欲しいと頼むとすぐ近くの荷物預かり所を教えてくれました。 また、チェックインも１５時に行ってくれました。 オーナーはとてもよい人でした。

The location was excellent. The sofa bed was saggy and very dusty. I wouldn’t let my child sleep there. Without it, the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 not 5.

A localização é muito boa. Mas o acesso aos apartamentos é mal cuidado. A equipe é atencioso, mas o apartamento, apesar de espaçoso não é muito aconchegante. Quente e barulhento.

La posizione è ottima. Anche se è una soffitta sottotetto, è decorosa e spaziosa.Tuttavia, al momento della scelta, non sapevo che era al 5 piano senza ascensore, altrimenti non l'avrei presa, avendo un figlio disabile. Alla mia mail di richiesta di possibilità di cambio la struttura non mi ha risposto. Infine, una grossa lacuna é la mancanza del bidet, che mi sembra, ma non sono sicuro, fosse invece previsto.

Excelente apartamento próximo ao Mercado
O apartamento possui excelente localização próximo ao metrô e restaurantes. Nós foi passado o código das portas para acesso ao imóvel. Ficamos em 4 pessoas, um casal com duas filhas.o apartamento é amplo com sala de Tv, cozinha mobilada utensílios, um banheiro e 2 dormitórios. Atende perfeitamente a uma família. O único incoviniente é que ficamos no quarto andar acessível do ente por escadas.

The location is both amazing and a pain. It’s within walking distance to all the amazing places. Big space for the whole family. But didn’t manage to sleep on the sofa bed because of the amount of dust I saw around the sofa bed...the lack of escalator means we had to lug our luggages upstairs though there’s porter services which we could engage for a small fee. Being in a lively area, the noise level is insane every night. The 2 nights we were there, we woke up at 2-3am with fights and verbal war downstairs....police coming by...it was almost impossible to sleep. Highly recommend this place for party goers. But not for family with old and young kids.

Good Location Nice Apartment
Stayed here in October for 3 nights 6 lads doing the marathon in the city and found the apartment suited our needs.Good location close to train station and lots of bars and resturants in the area and around corner from Pink Street so little bit noisy in the early hours of the morning.The apartment was large and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for a gang of lads.Kitchen was well stocked and overall we could not find fault with the area or the size of the apartment so a good choice to stay here and WiFi in apartment worked well...

Nice and spacious apartment
Nice and spacious apartment. Good location, very near the train station and metro station with many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. The only eddownside was no air condition but fans were provided. Recommend.

cais do sodre nightlife accomodation:)
Superb location if you want perfect connections with the rest of Lisbon and would like some heavy night life activity (even if being at the 5th floor in a building without lift is not very good after partying out all night:)). single beds and sofa bed were comfy enough but bunk beds were not that good. no A/c in stifling heat and fans were quite small. for the rest we had everything oven, hob fridge freezer and coffee making facilities to full bathroom equipment and even some toiletries. There was also a good cable tv and wifi.

Diferentemente de todas as experiências que já tive reservando hotéis pela internet em quase 20 anos, este aqui tem particularidades. Ao concluir a sua reserva, você recebe um email de confirmação, mas isto não é tudo. Você precisa ficar atento aos emails seguintes que irá receber, pois nele estarão informações críticas para a sua hospedagem, a mais importante delas (que é sonegada no ato da reserva): não haverá NINGUÉM para lhe receber na sua chegada. E para entrar no prédio (sem elevador, também não informado, com uma entrada estreita e suja), você precisa de um código eletrônico que só lhe é enviado depois que você faz contato com os responsáveis. Se você, como eu, viaja SEM habilitar seu celular para acessar dados devido às exorbitantes tarifas cobradas pelas companhias telefonicas, corre o sério risco de não saber de nada disso e dar com a cara na porta na hora da chegada. Resumo: hospedagem em apartamentos tem lá suas vantagens em comparação com hotéis, e a principal delas é o preço (nem tanto neste caso aqui), mas é preciso atenção e paciência.

Dear Guest, the first email we send you informs that we don't have a lift in the building, and that we have a bag man service we can offer you if you wish! We also inform that guests should get in contact with us at your arrival, as we don't have a reception. This is all very clear during the booking process and after it! The apartment is in a very old building. Our stay was though impacted by a not working waterboiler, and access to the apartment was delayed until very late in the evening (almost midnight). This was far from ideal after a long day of travelling with kids. The owner/manager of the hotel did a good job in trying to fix the problem (and eventually they did), but refused any compensation despite not having access to the apartment.....

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo de boa parte das atrações de Lisboa, incluindo bairro alto e chiado. Muitas opções de restaurantes e padarias no entorno, tal como o mercado da ribeira. Únicas observações, a subida é feita por escadas e não havia ar-condicionado nos quartos.

Gute Unterkunft für wenig Geld
Wir bewohnten die Wohnung mit 8 Mädels für 3 Nächte. Die Größe war ausreichend, auch mit den zwei Bädern kamen wir zu acht gut zurecht. Die Wohnungen liegen echt gut um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, aber auch die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür. Ich würde diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen (Vorrausgesetzt man ist eher aktiv und den ganzen Tag unterwegs) zum darin verweilen finde ich es jetzt nicht so gut geeignet.

Super Service, sehr netter Kontakt. Kurzfristige Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Ein schönes Appartment, nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft aber insgesamt noch ok. Die Lage ist super, zu ÖPNV und Sehenswürdigkeiten, allerdings auch direkt in der Partystrasse/Hauptstraße von Lissabon gelegen - muss man mögen. Für uns kein Problem! Selbstversorgung war möglich dank entsprechend guter Ausstattung. Preis-/Leistung top!

강력히 추천할 수있는 숙박지입니다 처음에는 찾아가기가 어려운데 숙박지 시설도 괜찮고 다만 세탁기 없습니다 스드레역 바로 맞은편이라 교통이 지극히 편리합니다 준비하시면서 신트라 호카곷을 가실 거라면 카이스소드레 역에서 카스카이스로 바로 가는기차가 있습니다. 아니면 마지막에 카스카이스에서 소드레 역으로 오시면 되고요-소드레에서 호시우 갈 필요 없습니다 또 소드레에서 벨럼가는 트램 버스 다 있습니다 소드레역 1층에. 슈퍼에서 장을 보셔서 숙소에서 식사하셔도 되고 근처 300우측에 타임아웃이라는 푸드마켓에서. 여러나라의 음식을 주문해서. 드셔도 좋을듯. 숙소뒤되에 젤라토 파는 곳 있습니다 세비야 대성당등 28번 트램을 숙소 부근에서 타실 수 있어서. 여행지에 적당한 숙소라고 생각됩니다. 다만. 계단이 있습니다

We had a great stay, unfortunately our apartment was located on the 5 th floor, no elevator. On hotels.com it says there is 24 h reception but the accommodation does not have a reception at all. The staff was very helpful though. Before arriving we had to fill in a form which felt a little bit unprofessional. The apartment was in good condition, very clean! Close to bars and restaurants, a lot of drug dealers everywhere though which wasn't very pleasant, apart from that nice and vibrant area.

Great location, noisy at night
Great location in city center and closed train & metro station, room price very cheap. You will very love this place it you enjoy nightlife. It is very noisy at night, I sleep with earplug and others is ok.
