I was charged for my stay directly by the hotel, despite the fact that I had already paid via Expedia. When I called to report the issue, the hotel never called me back and never refunded my money.

Mostly great!
Nice room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom has dust on the lower shelf and there was water running between the floor tiles. Still, excellent service, great breakfast, and comfortable room.

Good stay
The customer service at the front desk was polite and professional. The bed was not comfy and the pillows sucked. The people down the hall from our room was in the hall way and was very loud, not the hotels issue but people should be respectful to others in hotel rooms. I heard a can open and it sounded like they were right outside the door.

Poor service/ check in / bogus charge
Check in was a disaster. The gentleman at the front desk could barely understand or speak English. We arrived early on business around 830 am. Check in didn’t occur until after 2 pm. Upon checking out 3 days later a charge of $18 was issued. Nothing was purchased and corporate has been notified of this and still not resolved.

Very nice place.
Great hotel. Very nice staff. Everyone was convinced that it was haunted. Super clean and the pool was so warm.

No problems. Saved some $ by staying here instead of Detroit for the Queen concert. Breakfast was only 6-9. One more hour...until 10 would have been nice.

Couldn’t check in for near 30 minutes even though I had booked ahead AND paid already online. Front desk worker (not in any type of uniform or professionally dressed) said the card reader was working. When we began to talk about canceling and going elsewhere he had us try and it worked flawlessly. How convenient. Room was ok overall but our door lock wouldn’t catch on its own so the door could be pushed open unless you ensured you pressed on it near the knob for it to catch. Bed really wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were small and a mix of fluffy and firm but both very flat.

My room was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and professional. I arrived at the breakfast area 5 minutes before the 9am closing time, yet the staff did not hurry to remove the food items and even checked if we've taken everything we wanted before they did so.

The room was clean, the staff was alright, but the people above us were pounding around on the floor from about 11pm-1am so it was hard to sleep

The guy who checked us in had no clue what he was doing he charged my card for the room twice after i told him Several times i paid for the room already though Hotels.com then the 3rd time he charged me the Accidental charge for the room for 2 rooms.so now i have 3 charges on my card from this hotel
