Location was perfect for exploring Old Town Kotor! Keep in mind no cars allowed in Old Town so need to haul your luggage from one of the gates to the hotel but it’s not a very long distance, about a 4-5 mins walk. Restaurants and bars all around. Keep in mind it can get noisy at night but we closed the windows and turned on air conditioning which helped block out the noise. Room is spacious and bathroom facilities were well equipped given that the building itself is quite old. Overall had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We wanted to point out that nowhere at our profile is said that we own elevator, so stairs are expected. Also, you received free upgrade to biggest room, and we are sad that you didn't mention this as an advantage. You came late at night and left early in the morning, so we are sorry that you didn't had a chance to met our team, stay longer in hotel and see that we really take care of every guest. We strongly believe that this feedback is some kind of mistake, because even though you stayed with us less then 12 hours, we tried our best to make your stay with us comfortable and pleasant.

Hotel Monte Cristo is such a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Old Town Kotor. We spent 5 days here and it was easy walking to any site in Kotor. Having spent this much time in Kotor I can honestly say that it is THE place to stay

Perfect stay in Kotor's Old Town
Myself and two friends stayed here on a recent three-day trip to Montenegro and it was everything we were hoping it would be! When our airport transfer from Podgorica fell through, the hotel organized a driver for us right away. They also upgraded our room for free, arranged for a driver to take us to Dubrovnik for a day trip, and were just all around extremely attentive. They provided restaurant suggestions, told us how to get to Perast on the bus (it was super easy — you should do it!), and they were extremely friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when we return!

Monte Cristo is a beautiful hotel in Old Town, Kotor. We stayed on the 3rd floor that overlooked the cobbled streets. The hotel restaurant served a delicious dinner and breakfast was SO MUCH food - we certainly had more than enough to eat. Other options for food and shopping are immediately out the front door. There was always someone at the desk to help us and the entrance to the Fortress climb was just a few minutes away (by foot of course). Definitely a hotel with character, excellent location and delicious food. Parking in Kotor is at a premium but is offered in a lot just minutes away - this was a terrific feature since we were driving. Thank you Hotel Monte Cristo!

Excellent stay.
We were there for a week in March with varied weather. The staff were excellent. They arranged travel to and from the airport and responded very helpfully to requests, such as booking evening restaurants and providing boat details. Breakfast was plentiful with various eggs, bacon, omelettes etc available to order. The same options were provided every day. Great location in the heart of town.

The staff at Hotel Monte Cristo were amazing, we arrived on aa heavy rainy day just for one night, we weren't able to see the city at all, but they make sure we were comfortable and helpful in any way they could to make our trip more enjoyable and safe to drive back to Zagreb. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the hotel! Can't wait to go back in a better season to enjoy Kotor!

Très bel hôtel situé en plein centre de la vieille ville dd Kotor. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins. Chambre un peu petite pour un 4* mais c’est le seul défaut qu’on peut trouver. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et personnalisé avec le Covid (pas de buffet). Attention le soir aux soirées environnantes font énormément de bruit jusque dans la chambre, mais elles se finissent à 1h du matin et cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir !

Old townda oldugu için sürekli aktif bir bölgede bulunuyor ve sürekli konserler ve discolarla iç içesiniz. Bundan dolayı otel odanızda biraz ses içinde uyumanız gerekiyor. 4 yıldızlı bir otel ama o 4 yıldızın 2 ya da 3’ünü görebildim. Ambiyans ve konukseverlik olarak çok güzel bir otel.

Amazing hotel. Comfortable, large rooms, free parking, and great location in the middle of the old town surrounded by shops and restaurants. Included breakfast was filling with choice of eggs, cold cuts, juices, and cereal. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel Monte Cristo gave us the GPS for the parking lot to park our vehicle, which was just outside the Kotor walls and a ten minute walk from the property. Check in was uneventful. Room was as pictured, with beautiful interiors - the main bedroom leading into a second bedroom with two single beds. The rooms were very spacious, with a great view of the courtyard. Beds were comfortable with good linen and multiple firm pillows. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel only takes cash, so be prepared. Breakfast was provided and was a good spread of items - some pastries, cereal, cheese and cured meats as well as some fruits. Selection was decent and it was pretty delicious. Unfortunately during our stay there was a problem - we had no hot water at all, which made it uncomfortable to shower as the temperature was quite cool. The staff tried to get someone to fix it the next morning but were unable to get it sorted before we left. The second thing was the smaller bedroom faced a popular pub and the music was very loud - room lacked soundproofing and music went on till 2am. These two things made an otherwise comfortable stay into a very mediocre experience; especially for the price that was being charged by the hotel.

ホテルは、バスステーションから徒歩１０分で旧市街地に位置していてとても便利。フロントや階下のレストランのスタッフも皆フレンドリー。部屋は広いが、シャワー室がいくらか狭く排水もあまり良くない。朝食はバイキングで標準的な質量だが、オムレツなど卵料理は個別に注文できて美味しい。値段は高めだが、また泊まってもいいホテルでした。
