TÀmÀ rantahotellin mökki on tÀydellinen ympÀristö perhelomailuun! Koska se on viimeinen umpikujassa oleva mökki, luonto on ympÀrillÀsi tÀÀllÀ! SiellÀ on metsÀt, joista voi kÀvellÀ pienen vesiputouksen ja mökin vieressÀ kulkevan puron puron kanssa. PitkÀÀ nurmettunutta nurmikkoa voidaan kÀyttÀÀ kaikenlaisiin ulkoilma-aktiviteetteihin, ja mikÀ parasta, ranta on tasainen ilman askelia! VeneessÀsi on venelaituri, jos pÀÀtÀt tuoda yhden tai vuokrata sen. KÀvely ulos veteen on melko asteittainen, mikÀ sopii hyvin pienille lapsille. Parasta rannalla ei ole vain se, ettÀ se on tasokas, mutta tÀÀllÀ vedessÀ ei kasva rikkakasveja, joten miellyttÀvÀ uinti on varastossa. Ranta koostuu pienistÀ litteistÀ pyöristetyistÀ kivistÀ. MeillÀ on myös soutuvene pelastusliiveillÀ, joita voit kÀyttÀÀ, jos haluat lÀhteÀ jÀrveen hiukan enemmÀn!
Lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ (noin 200 metriÀ) on suuri viheralue (noin 6 hehtaaria), jossa on pieni leikkipaikka ja tilaa kaikenlaisille ulkokÀynnille, jotka vaativat suuren tilan.
Noin 1000 neliöjalkaisessa mökissÀ on upea pohjaratkaisu, ja siinÀ on erittÀin tilava oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, joka sopii erinomaisesti keskusteluun tai rentoutumiseen kauniilla nÀkymillÀ jÀrvelle ja purolle. Olohuoneesta johtaa ulos kannen jÀrven puolella, jossa on grilli, oleskelukalusteet ja ruokailutila kaikilla luonnon ÀÀnillÀ.
Upouusi keittiö on tÀysin varustettu runsaalla astioilla / ruokailuvÀlineillÀ ja se on aivan ruokasalin lÀhellÀ, josta on myös nÀkymÀt jÀrvelle oleskelutilan kautta.
MökissÀ on kolme pientÀ makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on kuningatar, toisessa kaksi kaksoset ja toisessa parivuode, ja olohuoneessa on queen-vuodesohva. MeillÀ on myös lisÀvuode (kuten pinnasÀnky / patja - hyvÀ teini-ikÀisille tai lapsille) ja voit sijoittaa sen haluamaasi paikkaan. Mökin ympÀrillÀ olevien suurten vanhojen puiden ja jÀrven tuulen varjo pitÀÀ siitÀ mukavan ja viileÀnÀ, joten ilmastointia ei todellakaan tarvita. We really enjoyed our trip, the little ones loved the beach and throwing stones in and swimming. The adults enjoyed the opportunity to unwind in this slice of heaven. We had an initial "issue" with one of the neighbors allowing their dog to roam free when we had a dog also with us but Christine took care of it promptly and for the most part the neighbor complied. We only had one situation where the dog came over but we were able to get it off the property without incident. Christine thank you for sharing your home with us, my 3 year old grandson loved the lake!

Had to drive through a huge impression and deep water in the road to get to the cottage. Inside in dire need of a paint job. Walls and wood were full of dirt, chips, and gouges. Furniture was dirty and had soiled spots. One pillow had blood on it. Towels provided were old and well worn. Windows were full of bugs and FILTHY. One bedroom had curtains that did not fit the windows providing NO PRIVACY from the very close neighbor next door. Some of the shades were broken as well. THEN...in her instructions for your stay, you are required to wash the bedding and towels, clean the grill and take out the garbage. I don't go on vacation to pay 500.00 a night to do YOUR job after your renter leaves. Pictures didn't match what you find when you get there.

This small cottage was everything we needed. Great swimming for our kids and golden retriever. Caught smallmouth bass from the dock. Owner is very responsive. Also recommend Filmore Glen SP, Tom Thumb, and Lake Owasco Brewing.

We attended a May wedding nearby so decided to rent via VRBO rather than the expensive hotel rates around college graduation time. Very pleasant stay in spite of being off season. Our dog played on the beach and in the water with the neighbors friendly young dog. Located alongside a brook which was peaceful as you can hear the water coming down to the bottom of the hill and into the lake. Enjoyed nearby Filmore Glenn for hiking and seeing the beautiful water falls. Plenty of nearby wineries plus a brewery less than a mile away. Christine our sponsor was very responsive to any of our needs, including quickly remedying an unforeseen septic issue. We were so impressed we booked another camp through her in a few months.

What a great property this was for myself and 3 friends! Great cottage on the lake with a relaxing peaceful lake view! The cottage itself was very clean, well stocked and spacious! The owner , Christine, was quick with responses to questions and extremely accommodating! None of us wanted to leave! Perfectly relaxing in every way!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The lake access can’t be beat - we spent time there every day - the beach area made it easy for kids to wade/swim. Check in/out instructions were clear and Christine was reachable when needed! There was plenty to do in the area - we are already thinking about our next trip to the Finger Lakes!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect! I really loved the sun porch.The host was always just a text away. We had a washer/dryer as well as a dishwasher. Apparently the washer needed to be replaced from the last rental and low and behold it was sent immediately and set up. The beach front was lovely.It is rocky so wear your water shoes! We had plenty of opportunity to swim. The water was clean. The house is in a small pvt community. We had our privacy and the locals were nice. The kitchen was well appointed. I am looking forward to next year

The cottage was very neat and clean. Everything was provided [ except for food and drinks] and the kitchen was well equipped with everything. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. The boat launch was a short trip across the lake. We would do it again.

This is by far the best equipped vacation rental I've ever stayed in. It is charmingly decorated, and has a wonderful kitchen. The week we stayed was rainy but that just made the waterfalls better. DO NOT miss nearby Fillmore Glenn State Park's gorge trail. Out of all the beautiful sights we saw, that was not only the most beautiful, but the most accessable trail, and it's only about 20 minutes south.

It was so cold with only one space heater to warm the place. We had to sleep in living room to keep warm. You flush the toilet the sink and tub would bubble and it smelled. We were afraid to shower or bathe. The other scary part was after we brushed our teeth and drank a glass of water We read in their book not to drink the water. I got a terrible tummy ache now we know why. The lawn was so overgrown. The kitchen window was left open upon our arrival so it was damp and cold. We closed it. Went to town came back the place smelled like mold or mildew. The lake was pretty, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking . We will never stay at this place again and felt the price we paid we should have had better heat, felt safe to shower and brush our teeth.

The lakeside cottage was perfect for two adults and one pup. The living area was comfortable and the lake front was a joy--especially for our dog. We couldn't get her out of the water. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our family enjoyed our week long stay. The kids particularly enjoyed the beach and swimming in the lake at one of the few locations without weeds immediately next to shore. Christine is an excellent host. All questions we had were quickly answered.

We had such a great time in this comfortable lake house! Neighbors were super friendly and the water was so nice! My kids had a blast exploring the wood around the neighborhood. Would definitely return :)
