Great location! Staff lovely to speak with. Lovely, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the shower wasn’t safe to use for my 4 year old. Fluctuated between really cold or really hot. Shower could use an upgrade. Also Kitchen sliding door blind didn’t fully close so light shines through to children’s bedroom. Otherwise a really lovely stay!

Great Location & Setup for Families
Great location. Great facilities for families. A little bit of maintenance required - but this has probably been overlooked while things were closed up in lockdown. Some teens did come for a party weekend- but my husband popped down to their room at 11pm and asked them to turn down their music and they were very polite in obliging.

All the basics required
These beach apartments have all the necessary basics required for a beach holiday. Located near the Nepean highway shops, it's a quick walk to get take away food, or to visit the beach. It's a drive to the supermarket, or a 20 minute bus ride. Generous toiletries are provided for one's stay. Perfect for a family with a Queen bed and two bunk sets, and one bathroom, with a high shower head that has ample water flow. The kitchen contains all the basics one might need, including complimentary coffee, tea and sugar. The Manager was quick to respond to any queries.

Cute beach house
Very well maintained and clean. Spa suite was spacious and lovely. The front, main door was a bit hard to lock from the outside but overall very satisfied with it.

Girls weekend
Stayed here for one night after our leisurely afternoon at Peninsula Hot Springs. What a great place close to everything. Went for a early morning walk along the beach. Clean and very comfortable. Only one thing very noisy with traffic once in bed.

Came down to have a look around Rye and go to the hot springs. This place is so close and central to everything. Worth every cent spent!

Easy beach access at a comfortable apartment
Perfect apartment for our family of four, located at the start of rosebud area. It was maybe 15min drive from the sorrento ferry. The two kiddos (6, 8) loved being able to pick which one of the bunk beds to claim. The large shared backyard space was perfect for meals by The ‘barbie’ while the kids played. Beach was just down the street. We drove there on our way out. Don’t know if the manager was actually on site, but she didn’t need to be for our sake. She was very responsive via email (which helped since our US phone plans were very limited).

These rooms were very good value for money. Good for a family of up to 8! Very comfortable and suited our needs on a budget. Clean, tidy and spacious and only a short walk into town or the RSL for dinner. Could probably have better outdoor BBQ facilities, but overall very good. Overall rating 7/10

Walking distance to rye beach
The apartment was clean...in fair condition. Very basic, no tv in bedrooms, no electric blankets, no dishwasher. You get what you pay for...not expensive accomodation so very basic furnishings. We found the front appartments to have a lot of traffic noise.

Although situated in a reasonably busy road, its a 5 minute walk to the Rye ( bay) beach and 7 minute drive to the surf beach. A good spot for exploring the beautiful Mornington peninsula.

Very tight parking spaces if 2 cars. There was an issue with the sensor lighting outside the front of unit. I spoke to the manager on departure and he advised he would have this fixed. Thank you.

Would have been lovely if not for rowdiness
Very clean, lovely apartment close to Rye front beach . All necessary amenities. However, holiday totally spoiled by being the only family sharing the complex of 6 apartments with all the other apartments being rented out to a very large group of men. They of course, totally took over the communal garden making it impossible for us to sit there ( they took our chairs) and uncomfortable even to walk out there. We couldn't sleep at night for the yelling, singing, chanting, swearing and ball games which went on till midnight- probably would have gone for longer were it not for our intervention. Couldn't wait to leave !
