”The room smelled like a combination of ammonia, dog urine and a cleaning agent that didn’t cover the smells. The water pressure was very low in shower and previous hairs left in shower and toilet area”

”Hotel was clean and in a good location. There were no coffee makers in rooms and no ice machine on the property. When I asked at checkout as I was packing up, the staff told me there was an ice cube tray in my freezer. Would have been helpful the night before so I could have filled it up and had at least a few cubes of ice for the road! There was only one push button coffee machine in the lobby and the sugar and cream options were the most basic I have ever seen. It was pitiful. Other than that...

”The staff was kind checking in. Only one elevator working with tons of travel ball kids staying at the hotel . The room was fairly clean , the worst part of the stay was how rough and scratchy the sheets were.”

Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. ”Sheets and towels were dirty with visible stains. The bathroom was not clean. The room had a musty smell. The room keys kept resetting causing us to have to go to the front desk to fix them several times during our stay.”
