Hi there, We are deeply sorry to learn of your experience during your stay with us. For the comment about food, we would be very glad to know what exactly you did not like about it, since we appreciate that the threshold to food preferences is very broad. With the on going up grading of the road, we sometimes experience disruptions in water supply, though the service providers are usually cooperative, it some times takes longer than expected to have it resolved. The incontinence that sometimes occurs due to the road construction is a great concern to us and we are trying all we can to minimize the same.

Daer Jeflyer, Thank you for taking the time to write your review of your experience during your visit at West Breeze Hotel. I have taken note that most aspects were not to your expectations and though I know this will not change the fact that it took place, please accept my heartfelt apologies. It is true that the Hotel is located near rail way tracks and occasionally there is noise when it passes through, however a new rail road has been done complete with a new route, so the activities of the old railway line have been significantly scaled down just a few trips per month. Noise from the Mombasa highway is not audible from the Hotel's location and the roads in Upper Hill area are mostly access roads and are only busy during the rush hour (lasts for 30 minutes or so). Window screens have now been fitted and we have portable air conditioning units (available on request) and all rooms have fans. I wish I get to know what exactly was the case about the water, since the water supplied by the Nairobi County is very very clean. We also provide free bottled mineral water in all rooms for all our guests. Our Wi-Fi service provider, though a new entrant, has very good service both reliable and very fast. Breakfast is usually a buffet, with Juice, hot beverages, at least two types of fruits, cereals, bread or pastries, the cooked bit has sausage or bacon, chicken wings or liver, vegetables or beans and eggs cooked to your style of choice. Please compare our rates to our competitors and a careful look at what we offer makes us among the best in Value. I wish things were different for you during your visit and I hope it is not too late to ask to be able to meet you during you next visit! Best regards, Ernest

Since your last visit quite a lot of improvements have been done, renovations in both the rooms and public areas have been completed. About the road and access to the hotel, I am pleased to inform you that a good number of the roads in the Upper hill area are currently undergoing renovation (expansion and complete reconstruction) I really hope to get the chance of hosting you again!
