Watch out for hidden fees
The mandatory "Destination fee" in the small print was a very disappointing surprise. We could not use the laundry service (which was part of this fee), because nobody answered the phone number for the service when I called and my colleague waited for a promised laundry pick up without anyone showing up. Service was not up to scratch, especially considering the amount of people present in the lobby. The restaurant, minibar and hotel services are extremely expensive, which is made worse by the lack of complimentary water in the room. Rooms were in good condition and comfortable, and wifi worked fairly well. The physical hotel itself was ok, but the amount of disappointments made the overall experience bad.
