We are delighted that you received a good welcome when you came. This is imperative for us. We are a 3* hotel and proud of it. We are an independent hotel with 23 rooms. Indeed we are not a chain hotel with many rooms. But it makes its charm to stay in a building more than 100 years old all modernized.The rooms in which we have welcomed you are not what we call small. Indeed these are not suites but they are still 18m2. For bedding, we are surprised because we often have good feedback. Apparently this did not suit you and we respect it.

We are delighted that you had a good stay at the hotel. Indeed, there is no real door in this room at the bathroom level. The fact that the latter is behind the wall of the room allows you to have privacy nevertheless. Of course, we understand that this may have bothered you.

Effectivement notre hôtel est divinement bien placé comme vous l'indiquez. Nous sommes à 150 mètres de la gare et guère plus loin des principales attractions touristiques de cette magnifique ville qu'est Nîmes. Notre vieille bâtisse de plus de 100 ans n'a pas d'ascenseur. Nous montons tous les bagages de nos clients à leur arrivée afin de pallier à ceci. La salle de bains dans certaines chambres pourrait effectivement proposer un espace plus grand afin d'offrir un confort optimum

Sorry to learn that staying in an upstairs room caused you a problem. We offer rooms on the ground floor. You should have told us when booking or when you arrived. We might have been able to allocate you another room. Indeed our hotel is a building of more than 100 years and we do not have an elevator. On the other hand, we take the luggage of all our customers.

Our hotel is a 3* hotel and we have several categories of rooms. You have certainly stayed in a small standard room. It is indeed not very large but has the same 3-star comfort as all our other rooms. Indeed ou hotel has a perfect location : next to the train station and the city centre
