Quiet setting, easy WALK to Finley Farms & Finley River in Ozark MO. This A-Frame home is full of character. HUGE yard area for fun and games! The home sleeps 8, with 4 bedroom areas, and multiple living spaces. Fully stocked kitchen. BBQ Grill. Semi-private master suite/ loft with private bathroom. Game room in basement with skeeball, foosball, games and puzzles! Large deck for entertaining, and BINZEBO with Gas firepit area. Only 10 minutes to Springfield or 30 minutes to Branson. Close to the Ozark square.

Our small family really enjoyed this property. The house was well stocked with everything you need for living comfortably. The kitchen was nice with lots of spices and sharp knives. We enjoyed the large yard with our dog and the kids enjoyed the jungle gym and the play room downstairs. Easy walk to the park and Finley farms restaurant.

Warm and cozy, this A-frame is perfect for a long weekend or longer. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Amazing coffee bar for those who need their caffiene fix. Bedrooms are more than comfortable for a good nights sleep. And the game room provides for a nice distraction to pass the time. Above all else, the location is perfect with a short walk to Finley Farms for breakfast, lunch, or coffee. Our family had a wonderful time here and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We come to Ozark to visit family every few months and this was the perfect location for us. It had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and spend time with our family. The playground was the perfect place for my nieces to play while us adults enjoyed the cooler summer evenings and nights around the fire pit. It was nice that it was on a private road so not much traffic to worry about. This is a place we will definitely be booking again for our trips.

A Frame in Finley was a cozy place to relax with family and enjoy. The house is adequately stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes. Also cutest coffee bar fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was so cute and fun. While there be sure to check out Finley Farm/Ozark Mill. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

It was a nice place! Looked exactly like it looked on website. I booked it because I thought it would be a great place to sit and visit outside at gazebo with family. We didn’t end up using it but we still loved it all! Our only complaints were the lights outside did not work when we needed them to and it was hard to see walking up to front door in the evenings. Also the sofas and beds were not very comfy. Other than that the place was great!!

This home went above and beyond our expectations. It’s quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever rented. You can tell the owner takes pride in her place. It was so cute and extremely well stocked for family fun, cooking and relaxing. The kitchen has very nice dishes and cookware. Everything worked as it should. The fire pit area was so relaxing and easy to use. Plenty of games to keep your whole family entertained. I can see me and my girlfriends doing a weekend in this fun little town. Thanks for an amazing stay!

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time! The entire setup is very thought out so that a family can gather together, or spread out and chill separately. Wich is fantastic if you have family members that get overstimulated, or a blended family that is still getting used to one another. The games and decor just added to the atmosphere overall.

This wonderful home was conveniently located to all of our activities in the Ozark region. They had so many conveniences and extras (games, TVs, grill, fire pit, etc) that made our stay fun and relaxing. The host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. This rental was perfect for our anniversary trip. It was a quick trip to Springfield, and a short drive to Branson. The neighborhood was quiet with little traffic. I can not say enough about the charm and details the owners put into this rental. Everything was very organized and clean! The coffee bar was such a nice touch! The cabinet was stocked with spices needed for meals, and the refrigerator was stocked with condiments such as butter, Mayo, mustard, syrup, and jam. We enjoyed the game room, where we became kids again each night. We will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to the area!
