Dear MadamYou spent several days during which we gave you a very warm welcome, such is our trademarkyou seem to say that you were not greeted when you arrived at the desk at your checkout. it's totally false and we absolutely did not refuse to keep your suitcases for two hours. we explained to you that you had to put them in the luggage room in the basement (it's safer).this did not seem possible to you, which is why, exceptionally, as your numerous luggage was bulky and to be pleasant to you, we have granted you the right to leave your luggage in the lobby. You went out to have breakfast. On your return you refused to speak to us and collected your luggage and left the establishment upset.We are really in the most total astonishment in front of your comment so unfair.You can read all the opinions on our establishments, all our customers are full of praise for the quality of our welcome.We're very sorry if this was not your feeling and we regret it. we wish you a good return home.kind regards

Bonjour Lawrence, For your information (maybe a misunderstanding?) : our air conditionning was not turned off to "conserve power" when you checked-in on May 21, but because the forecast had been pretty cold (less than 10C at night) until then. Our air-conditionning has been turned on on May 26, as the temperatures outside went cooler. Best regards,
