My wife and I are in our 20s and visited Park City for the week of President’s Day in February and we were very pleased with our choice of Peaks Hotel. The location was conveniently located and a good value for price. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff always make you feel welcome.
The shuttle worked very well and went to both the main Park City Resort and Deer Valley. We were there mid-week, and it looked like the shuttle logistics could get crowded on the weekends. But we also used the city bus to get back to the hotel from the mountain and it worked well. Underground parking was a huge plus. We also utilized Ski'N See rentals inside the lobby and made a reservation for a discount online prior. We loved using the outdoor and indoor hot tubs at night, and having cookies at 4pm. The morning breakfast was nothing to write home about, but perfect for a meal before a day of skiing. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, as we drove into town every night for classy dinners, which were amazing. We made dinner reservations online weeks in advance and found they were absolutely needed.
Main con was sound travels too well. Our room was right in front of the elevator. We were sometimes awakened by slamming doors, stomping of ski boots in the hallway, and kids running and screaming in the halls. They had quiet hours signs posted but it only helped slightly.
