Tervetuloa asuntolaivaamme, Palafox Pier! Tulet Pensacoloon vettä varten. Miksi yöpyä hotellissa, kun voit nukkua vedellä hiljattain rakennetussa asuntoveneessä Palafox Pier Yacht Harborissa. We loved our stay here! It’s such a fun, unique experience. We had some rainy days and still enjoyed being on the water rather than just having a wasted beach day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, we saw large fish, crabs and even a dolphin right under our house! Close walk to downtown shopping and food and right by the bridge to drive to the beach. I’d love to stay again!

Our family of 5 stayed for 7 days. The accommodations were nice and clean. AC worked great (June in Pensacola!). What an amazing place to stay, on the water. We took out 22' boat for a quick getaway to the beach and fish.

This was our third stay. Marina staff is always very helpful. Launch ramp is about a mile away if you bring your boat. We fished for three days and the best fishing was off the front porch of the houseboat!Downtown Pensacola is a short walk with many restaurant options. This is a great place to enjoy the water and local life.Highly recommended!

My mom and I rented this house as the "luxury" part of our 2 week trip, as its outside of our normal budget. It did not disappoint. The instructions to get in were very clear, and despite a complete downpour upon our arrival, the house was well prepared to help us dry ourselves out and regroup. The kitchen/bathroom/laundry are well stocked for use. The house was very clean, the instructions clear on what to do when exiting. The living room is a perfect space for relaxong, and the porch would've been better utilized had there not been severe thunderstorms during our stay. We were still able to watch some fishes in the quiet moments, enjoy a race and parade on the road from our harbor vantage point and say hello to the blue heron as we entered and exited our temporary home. We enjoyed this being the lovely end to our long trip. Would've been great to enjoy a little longer. I would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful. We brought along our 23 foot boat and tied up next to the cottage. Every detail was as described, along with a well-appointed kitchen. We only used the main bedroom but we were extremely comfortable. We've lived in Pensacola all our lives, yet this was still a unique and priceless retreat for our anniversary weekend. The Harbor Master, Drew is an extremely helpful and courteous guy. Highly recommend booking this. We'll be back!

The sparkling clean boat is in a small picturesque harbor, walking distance to everything. The furnishings are new, the bathroom is full size ( with a flush toilet as opposed to a marine pump style), the kitchen is fully stocked and it comes with beach towels and toys. Easy parking.

It was so fun to stay on the water, sit on the front porch, experience a rain storm! This place is very comfortable and spotless. The layout is great and they have all the amenities you'd expect! We loved being so close to the Fish House (Sunday Brunch was amazing) and downtown Pensacola. One caution: don't plan on using the pull-out couch as a bed for guests.

These are the cutest houses in the best location! Perfectly appointed and adorable. Cozy, convenient, and unique. I was a little nervous about being in a floating house on a stormy night but it wasn't a problem at all! We can't wait to stay again.

I’m stationed in Pensacola so I was familiar with the area before booking this property. It was the perfect reprieve, spacious and quiet but only a block from downtown. I’d honestly consider booking this property regularly. Parking was easy as well.

We were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!

We brought the jet skis and watched the Blue Angels, saw dolphins, kayaked at 10 pm under the bridge! I’ve been a lot of places but this was a perfect stay! Location is amazing! Houseboat is top notch and so clean! I don’t want to leave! We want to stay another night at the least. Thank you!

two of us wanted to relax and unwind. Houseboat BayDream was it! Clean, friendly people & staff. Enjoyed dinner at the Fish House, Old town and the Blue Angels practice show. One word "Awesome".
