Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Besuch in Perth. Die Innenstadt ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt viele gute Restaurant ( Hunter and Barrel usw ) in der nahe.

I like the location close to CBD Perth and hence public transports. I would like to have some paper cutleries as I don’t like to have meals three times a day at restaurants during my stay. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room was not vacuumed every day as I noticed the bread crumbs were still on carpet due to lack of cutleries as mentioned.

I would say it’s not comfortable area around the nearest station Mciver. There were some homeless or people shouting. It’s very convenient to get to grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

Das Zimmer ist recht groß und geräumig. Mit dem Bad zusammen, dem kleinen Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher hat man alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel benötigt. Der Fernseher funktionierte bei mir nicht so gut mit Chromecast, weshalb ich am Ende meistens direkt am MacBook oder iPad geguckt habe. Die Einstellungen am Fernseher bezüglich des WLANs gab es halt einfach nicht mehr und war somit veraltet...

Checked in and had access to room early . Walked from Perth railway station in 10-15 mins and visited Elizabeth Quay and main shopping and eating areas easily. Cafe has a good selection of snacks and drinks. Beds comfy too. We would certainly not hesitate to book again.

Hotel location is excellent with lot of eateries, K-Mart and Wool-Worth around. Almost all places of interest in city easily accessed by walking or TRNASPERTH CAT bus service around the hotel. TRANSPERTH train station also within walking distance. Room allocated is cosy, neat and most important rather clean, despite small in size. Reasonably good house-keeping daily. Hotel public area considered reasonably well kept, with self-help coin laundry service available. Front desk staffs are friendly, responsive and helpful.

We went to Perth for a business trip and were happy with our stay at Pensione. Convenient location, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and bars. Front desk team was friendly and helpful, made our check-in and check-out very smooth. Big shout out to João, he went the extra mile to meet our additional requirement. Overall highly recommended.

Property fine, clean,great price,close to everything, convenient location,loved the free cat bus. Didn't feel safe walking streets at night. A lot of police and security presence walking mall and railway station.
