Cozy 2BR in Queen Village – Prime Location!

Make yourself at home in our centrally located 2br apartment in Queen Village and experience all that Philly has to offer, just outside your door. Our apartment is newly renovated and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Coffee shops, restaurants, parks, shopping and sightseeing are all within a stones throw of this beautifully updated, 1st floor apartment. No need to bring a car - just pack your walking shoes and hit the town.

The Space:
You will enter through the main door using the keypad lock. Once check in is available, we will provide you with a unique code that will work for the main door as well as the apartment door. The apartment door is just to the left as you walk in. There is another apartment in the building that is occupied by long-term tenants, however, the only shared space is the entryway.

As you enter the apartment, you'll come into the open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our 50 inch Smart TV is ready with all of the major streaming channels where you can log in to your own subscriptions, however, we do provide Netflix. Past the kitchen and down the hall on the left is the bathroom with stand up shower. Continue straight ahead and you'll see the first bedroom with a queen memory foam bed, 100% cotton sheets and black out curtains for a dreamy night's sleep. Continue down the hall and you'll find the larger of the two bedrooms, furnished with a king memory foam bed, a 50 inch smart tv and outdoor patio where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a happy hour beverage.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and patio. There are no shared spaces other than the entryway. Keyless entry provided.

The Neighborhood:
Queen Village is a quiet, residential neighborhood in the south east part of Philadelphia. There are many long term residents on our block and people who have called the neighborhood home for generations. Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations for respectful guests. If you choose to stay with us, we ask that you treat our neighborhood like it were your own. No loud noises after quiet hours and no loitering in front of the property is allowed at any time.

Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around. If you plan to drive, please pay attention to street signs for parking regulations. We are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
To lock the apartment door from the outside, please hold the door closed tightly and press the bottom right button on the keypad.

In the event of a cancellation, credit card processing fees are not refunded.

📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!

Interaction with Guests:
We are available by phone or message anytime. Typically messages received after 9pm are returned the following morning. If there is any emergency, please text or call us.
