Viihtyisä hotelli
Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla tarpeeksi kaukana pahimmasta kaaoksesta ja lyhyen matkan päässä rannalta ja night marketeista. Plussaa: - Ystävällinen henkilökunta - hyvä aamupala - viihtyisä hotellialue Miinusta: - allasalueella ei vapaita tuoleja, kaikki varattu pyyhkeillä aamusta saakka - siivoojat saapuivat monesti vasta neljän jälkeen, vaikka aamusta saakka oli ollut mahdollisuus tulla - parvekkeen tuolit huonot istua. Halvemmissa huoneissa ei ole parveketta. Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä ja persoonallinen hotelli mahtavalla henkilökunnalla.

Vähän pettynyt
Kannattaa valita huone allasnäkymällä. Valitsinne huoneen puutarhanäkymällä jottei se olisi äänekkään kadun puolella, mutta se oli silti juurikin sinne. Saimme huoneen vaihdettua mutta ei kuitenkaan vastannut odotuksia.. oli vähän bunkkeri. Huoneet erittäin siistit ja aamupala mainio ja erittäin lähellä rantaa. Altailla aivan liian vähän aurinkotuoleja ja aina varattuina. odotin hotellilta enemmän kun sain.

Loistava hotelli sopivalla etäisyydellä kaikesta
Hotelli oli aivan huippu omassa hintaluokassaan. Lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle, hyviä ravintoloita kohtuullisen välimatkan päässä. Allasyhteydellä olevat huoneet ovat lähellä allasbaaria ja aamiaispaikkaa. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta minkäänlaista liikenteen melua ei kuulunut huoneisiimme. Ilmastointi tosin kovaääninen. Päivittäin täytettävä minibaari ja 4 vesipulloa joka päivä riittivät sopivasti koko loman ajaksi, erillisiä juomavesiä ei tarvinnut ostaa. Mikäli vielä matkustan Patong Beachille, menen varmasti tähän hotelliin uudestaan.

Super stylish hotel with very friendly staff
Stayed two nights with my girlfriend. Very friendly staff, super stylish architecture and interior, nice pool, very comfortable bed, very spacious shower. Breakfast was excellent with cook frying eggs, omelets and such just for you. Only negative thing were small flyes or insects in the room.
Bed was very comfortable.
Shower could with like four person!

I had a wonderful solo stay at Burasari Phuket! The hotel was immaculately clean, with fantastic amenities nearby including restaurants and massage studios. The drinks were top-notch, especially the Amaretto Sour during happy hour. A standout feature was the ability to use facilities post-checkout, complete with a full bathroom for freshening up before my flight. The high-end soap, shampoo, and lotions were a luxurious touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Stayed here during Songkran and it was perfect. Easy walking distance to Bangla Rd. Lots of dining options, massage places, bars nearby . Also fairly quiet at night so noise keeping us up late wasn’t an issue. Nice pool, room was ok. Breakfast buffet is included and pretty delicious. I would stay here again. I would not recommend doing laundry, eating dinner, or spa services here, it is exponentially more expensive than the options within 100m walk from here. But this is common for a lot of hotels so no reason to dock a star.

I am glad that we were in a relatively quiet area as we were not really there to participate in the nightlife activities. We participated in many outdoor activities during our stay so slept bery well.

Dejligt sted, men ikke til topkarakterer.
Jeg havde bestilt og betalt 3 værelser med pool-udsigt, vi fik 1 med pooludsigt, 1 med udsigt til restaurant og 1 med udsigt til et spøgelseshus på den anden side af en gyde. Det ene blev udskiftet efter 1 dag, vi valgte at blive i det med restaurantudsigt. Det er mig en gåde at man kan reservere og betale for værelser, som reelt ikke er til rådighed. Der var stor forskel på de værelser vi fik, nogle var udmærkede og virkede nyligt opdaterede/renoverede, andre virkede forældede og slidte. Det ødelægger en helhedsoplevelse, hvor de andre ting ellers var gode. Placeringen var fin, personalet flinke og imødekommende, og generelt var serviceniveauet højt. Dejligt sted, men ikke til topkarakterer.

Went into our hotel room to find that the bathroom door had been freshly painted which left paint on our hands because we weren’t told that nor was a sign posted. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty and there were brown spots on the walls near the toilet. I also had a chicken Caesar salad from the restaurant in the hotel and woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. The pool bar blares music all throughout the night which can be heard in our room. The room we stayed in allowed us to have direct access to the pool and the beach is just a 4 minute walk but that was the only highlight of this hotel. Would not recommend.

Not a 5 star & rooms not as advertised. I booked the Elite Room and was so looking forward to the lovely balcony with the big sofa bed and canopy type thing as advertised. What we got was a tiny balcony with two wooden chairs. No table. No other decor. No view (I didn’t book the pool view so that’s ok I guess) but it was a huge disappointment!! Also, no coffee machine in the room (much cheaper hotels on this trip did have) and only one pillow per person in the room! Plus everything looks a little run down. On the positive side - staff are helpful, the room is huge and you’re given a beach bag with towels and mat and the hotel is in a great location for the beach. But over all was really disappointed and glad I only had one night here. This was the most expensive hotel of the trip we had by far and it was the worst!

Had a slight issue with room at heck in by this was sorted very quickly.Room had everything you need and the staff couldn’t do enough for you they were very attentive.The room cleaner were absolutely fantastic.Every day we came back to a fully serviced room including fresh sheets .Breakfast was a joy , loads of choice. Had a very pleasant stay.

4 nights in phuket
The hotel is such a beautiful property. We got the pool access room. But the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation as it always has a stink. Our neighbours had the same issue. The hotel lights up these essential oils in the bathroom to drown out the smell but you can tell when you walk into the room. Other than that we actually loved the service and location.

The elite pool access room was large and comfortable. There is a double daybed out on the deck with a mosquito net cover. Pool access from our pool deck was fantastic with wide steps and a hand rail. The bathroom tiles had some mold but that is to be expected in hot and humid countries. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative would be the smell coming from the bathroom waste drain and around the resort in general. Some days it was absolutely gross.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful rooms were great breakfast buffet was good. The only thing I would recommend is bug spray available everywhere those mosquitoes are vicious.

Room was very good and location was excellent, staff very friendly and manager attentive. Didn't like how some guests were allowed to take over the pool area with loud music and leaving things on seating while they were out for hours at a time. Some guests got very drunk and were swearing plus some female guests smoking joints around pool and children.

We had an excellent stay here! The property has it’s own unique vibe and style, fabulous Thai dishes at the restaurant (must try), great location (walkable to the beach and bars), good massages and not to forget friendly staff!

This was my second stay in Phuket and it was the best. Literally in the centre of Patong. Great for families, solo travellers like me, couples or party vibes. The hotel is incredibly romantic and great backdrops for content. I got upgraded and was allowed an early check in which was fab. The staff were amazing. And just steps away from cheaper taxis; car or motorbikes. The wifi was a little weak in my room. But it was fantastic. I’ll be back!
