Kivalla rauhaisella paikalla. Noin 15min kävelymatka Kamalan rantaan. Aamupala oli vaatimaton, mutta kyllä silläkin pärjäsi.

Nykyisellä ylläpidolla rakennus rapistuu nopeasti
Edellisestä vuodesta siivouksen taso selkeästi laskenut, likaisia rasvaisia käden jälkiä seinillä, joista vaimoni pyyhki pahimmat ruokapöydän vierestä. Huoneiston siivottiin yleensä vasta kello 1700- 1800, jolloin halutaan olla jo omassa rauhassa ja peseytymässä.

Meillä oli kahden makuhuoneen kattohuoneisto omalla uima altaalla. Huoneisto oli todella tilava ja oma uima allas oli iso ja josta varsinki lapset tykkäsivät erittäin paljon.

Great hotel
My stay here was nothing short of amazing!! The Villa was clean, modern, and a dream. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The breakfast buffets was great and had a variety of items to choose from. I would definitely recommend and return.

These fantastic apartments could've been great, but lack of attention to detail spoiled our stay. A/C didn't work in living area. Warm breakfasts were served cold. Very poor quality food. Distance to beach is 15 minutes walking.

This is a new condominium project about 10 minutes walk from Kamala Beach. The units are clean and modern, and some of them have their own rooftop pools, but there are no hotel amenities on site, only a small cafe. There is ongoing construction near the project, so you might have to put up with some noise during the day. Good value for money anyway.

Will stay again anyway
Overall was good. I think u will stay with this again next time. Some comment are as below, wish u will improve. The private pool was very nice but not enough lighting on the rooftop. Breakfast was nice but same everyday and no choice No adaptor borrow available. No hand washer or detergent. Not enough shower gel and shampoo. Toilet was not work at times The shower tape was bad because the water was not came out straightly, was came out in different direction, not easy to take shower.

Den første værelse vi fik var der 2 kakerlak og der var rigtig mange myg. Da jeg gik ned til receptionist gav hun mig en flaske insektmiddel med tilbage. Men der dukker flere kakerlakker op gik jeg hen til reception igen, denne gang fik vi nyt værelser men de receptionister se ikke særlig venlige ud.

Dåligt underhåll
Var jättenöjd 2017 med lägenheten med privat pool men i år (2018) var det inte lika bra. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch men poolen var bedrövlig! Trasig lampa som låg och flöt, sittplatsen i poolen gick inte att sitta på då den var helt söndervittrad. Utemöblerna var väldigt slitna och bordet var sönder. Tycker inte att det var värt pengarna denna gång. Synd att de inte underhåller poolen då det är den man bokar för att få njuta av på rummet.

Great place with private rooftop pool
Great apartment, loads of space with separate lounge and bedroom, plus the bonus of a private roof top pool which was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Excellent daily cleaning service and replacement water, which you don't always get in these privately owned apartment blocks. Only real negative was the reception staff, who were decidedly disinterested in any questions outside of picking up and dropping off of keys. Also showers didn't seem to work properly, water either trickled out or came through too stronge and it was really difficult to get a medium temperature.

Quiet location behind the Kamala Beach area.
We stayed here for two weeks, overall not a bad apartment for the price we paid. The apartment was not very well maintained and was showing signs of water leaks in the past, water damaged cupboards, water stained walls, however we didn't experienced any leaks or smells of mould or damp whilst there. We had a Thai Rental hire car for the entire time, but wouldn't recommend this place if you don't have your own transport. The bed was the firmest we have ever experienced in Thailand for a long time, and the basic kitchenette didn't have standard items like a kettle, dish cloth or tea towel......however the office staff and housekeeping kindly gave us the use of a kettle, dish cloth and a cup of dishwashing liquid. Water pressure was very poor, with short moments of better pressure. WiFi was hit and miss, very slow when it was working. Housekeeping also added an additional underlay for the bed, however this made very little difference and I considered buying a quality bed topper, eventually laying the lounge cushions on the bed to allow a small improvement. Although the private roof top pool was a seemingly wonderful luxury, the pool was furniture old and damaged, pool spa jets and lights were not functioning and no shelter from the sun. There were two small flat screen televisions with some basic unprofessional local cable TV access. Sometimes the guards assisted by stopping traffic, whilst you attempted to exit the main driveway, but mostly they simply couldn't be bothered.

We booked this motel for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with private pool but only stayed 1 night. The apartment was spacious and mostly clean. Downsides - the air conditioner in the main bedroom didn't work properly so that room was constantly hot and the air conditioner in the second bedroom was blowing directly on the bed which resulted in not good sleep in main bedroom and my daughter coughing constantly in the second bedroom until we turned the air con off. There was also a massive ugly old cracked bath in the main bathroom which really let the whole feel of the place down. The private pool was OK. We did not have breakfast included so went to the restaurant that offered minimal breakfast of ham, eggs and toast - nothing else. No juice and no tea so my daughter and I had soft drink for breakfast. I was also surprised that the restaurant closed at 6pm. The hotel is located a fair way from town so we had to get a taxi to go out for dinner. All in all this is a very average hotel that I would not stay at again.

Rymlig lägenhet, men slitet och låg servicenivå!
Vi bodde i en tvårums lägenhet med pool på taket. Byggnaden är bara runt 7 år gammal, i lägenheten märktes det dock att viss renovering behövdes. Väldigt rymligt men stenhårda sängar och knappt någon utrustning i köket. Det fanns inte tillräckligt med poolhanddukar så det skulle de "beställa". Vid avresan glömde vår dotter sin iPhone-laddare. Vi ringde och den fanns kvar, vi tänkte då ta en kvällstur med bilen från Nai Harn och hämta den. När vi kom fram blev det väldigt rörigt, de letade efter den en halvtimme i receptionen. Till slut ringde de kvinnan jag pratat med som sa att en vän till mig kommit och hämtat den tidigare under dagen. Väldigt konstigt, med tanke på att vi inte har några vänner där... Sammanfattningsvis var hotellet väldigt rörigt organiserat!

Wir wollten um 13.30 Uhr Einchecken. Die haben uns nur erstaunt angeschaut. Sie hatten wohl vergessen das wir angemeldet waren. Irgendwann haben Sie uns dann geglaubt das wir eine gültige Reservierung haben. Aber sicher waren die sich nicht. Nach einer halben Stunde konnten wir dann in die Wohnung. Angeblich gerade alles sauber gemacht. Aber es war alles , aber auch alles dreckig. Vom Bad bis zum Geschirr. Der private Pool und rundherum sah wie eine Mülldeponie aus. Plastik, Zigarrettenkippen usw. Im Bad ein Wasserhahn lose. Konnten wir so rausziehen. Das Wasser läuft aus der Dusche. Steckdosen hängen halb raus. Repariert wurde nichts. Am nächsten Tag wurde nochmal richtig sauber gemacht. Ging dann so.

수영장은 깨끗했고요 직원들도 엄청 친절했어요 근데 가끔 따뜻한 물이 안나와서 오피스에다 말해야 했어요 불편사항이 생겨서 말하면 바로 처리해주셔서 불편하지는 않았어요 근데 빠통비치까지 택시비가 편도 500밧이라 약간 비싸다고 생각했어요 저희는 투어를 잡아놔서 빠통갈일이 하루밖에 없었는데 빠통에서 노실분들은 빠통쪽을 알아보시는게 좋을것 같아요 카말라에 아무것도 없을줄 알았는데 있을거 약국 환전소 편의점 음식점 다있고 무엇보다 한적해서 좋았어요.

Séjour de 2 semaines en couple. Etions logés dans un appartement (batiment N The Régent Kamala). Une grande chambre, une pièce cuisine salon, grande salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne. Egalement piscine privée sur le toit terrasse, très agréable. Les abords de l'hôtel sont bien entretenus et fleuris. La plage est à 15 minutes à pieds.

l'hôtel se situe dans le quartier de kamala sur l'île de Phuket. si vous êtes véhiculé le lieu est absolument idéal (en scooter : 3min de kamala beach, 10 min de surin beach, 15 min de patong). le personnel de l'hôtel est au top et à votre service avec le sourir. attention cependant réception fermée à partir de 19h! le Wi-Fi saute un peu mais il suffit de sortir dans le couloir pour le debrancher et le rebrancher ;). La chambre que nous avons eu est une chambre pour 4 personne située au 5ème étage avec piscine privée. la chambre était très spacieuse très bien éclairée et la piscine personnel très propre. nous regrettons juste que la chambre du haut avait une climatisation défaillante et que l'hôtel nous a facturé 350 baths (presque 10 euros) pour un verre cassé... globalement nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bra boende med närhet till allt. Vi har barn på 9 och 13 år, vi gick till stranden men vi åkte tuk tuk tillbaka. Tuk tuk arna var ganska dyr om man bara åkte korta sträckor. Minimumtaxa på 200 baht. Rekommenderar Surinbeach, där var vattnet otroligt fint och klart. Längs "stora vägen" låg en bra restaurang PIMS, stora prisvärda pizzor och all annan mat.

Gem of a stay. Spent 5nights here. Pay a little extra to get your own private rooftop pool and sauna. The living space is much more than we needed and it was lovely to have the extra space. There is a huge swimming pool on site which is a good temperature. A fitness gym. A small cafe on site. Free parking and free wifi. Housekeeping everyday. Very good air conditioning. It's just off the main road to Patong Beach, from the airport. It's a good location to see the beaches in the North West - Surin and Laem Sing. Easy to get to Patong and Kata and Katon beach in the south. A lot of the beaches have beach clubs which have showers and toilets and food, they then provide you with loungers and towels. There isn't much shade on any of the beaches.

Great hotel apartment, everything nice and clean. Private pool was great. Room was cleaned everyday, and you dont need to pass the reception to get to your room. The beach is about 15 minutes away , but the hotel is in a nice calm area.

Jätte härlig svit med egen pool. Dock lite långt till stranden men med moppe så tar det Max 5min. Restaurangen var ok men dåliga öppettider. Men hotellet var väldigt bra!

Kanonställe med egen pool på taket och stor lägenhetsyta.Absolut ett alternativ för en längre vistelse nästa gång istf. 4-5 stjärniga hotell då priset var ett par hundra billigare per natt men bättre klass enligt min mening. Enda negativa var möjligen att en av sängarna var för hård.

Comfortable and secure
While the location isn't ideal the reality is it's only a few minutes walk into Kamala. The facility itself is excellent with two guard posts at the entry ensuring even the most timid traveller will feel safe. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the facility is equipped with a basic gym and lovely pool.

Nice complex for a super price
I stayed both in the rooms and the condos. The room is a normal hotel room in the outside of the complex. It is 10 minutes walking to the beach, in a normal thai neighborhood full of stores and little mom and pop restaurants and massage parlors (I got one of the best massages of my life in a little place close to the hotel). The Kamala complex is really nice, very new, the condos are the best I rented in Thailand by much. However the hotel rooms are just enough, not too luxurious (unlike the condos), but good for a couple of nights if you get them for a really good price like I did.
