The Space:
Your peaceful days in the great outdoors begin with a sun-kissed morning at our 1-bedroom cozy house. The bedroom features a lofted queen bed complemented by a window with a view of the stunning sunrise, enveloping you in a serene ambience. A well-equipped bathroom boasts a rain shower and a charming claw-foot tub, promising an opulent bathing experience.

Heart of the house, the living area, houses a chic sofa that doubles as a queen bed and an indoor fireplace, keeping you warm as you connect over cozy fireside chat. A smart TV and high-speed WiFi take care of your connectivity and entertainment. The house also comprises a compact kitchen furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and basic cooking accessories for your culinary ventures.

Venture outdoors to immerse in the vast expanse of our 2-acre property, dotted with an inviting fire pit and an outdoor grill for heartwarming barbecues under the twinkling Missouri sky.

You can check-in independently courtesy of our smart lock system that ensures a hassle-free arrival. Ample parking is available on-premises for the ease of guests.

Guest Access:
Our guests are granted unrestricted access to our property and all its amenities. An enchanted 2-acre landscape beckons you to partake in leisure strolls among nature, surrendering to the serenity of your surroundings. Pets are welcome and can freely gambol and frolic in the open backyard, amid the soothing sounds of our woodland retreat.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you will be met with the seclusion of nature, but still just be a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. Removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily access Bella Vista & Bentonville. 20 minutes to Elk River floating access, and 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems. 10 minutes to Back 40 trails, 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville and the amazing restaurant scene there.

Getting Around:
Our home is isolated getaway, so we recommend a personal vehicle to access our tiny home.

Columbus Day, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving on the horizon also makes our property an ideal location for a festive reunion. Picture a crisp evening by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and creating memories under the autumnal canopy.

Located just 10 minutes away from Back 40 trails and Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems, adventure is never too far from our woodland retreat. From history enthusiasts to art lovers, Crystal Bridges Museum, Pea Ridge National Military Park, and Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel offer a diverse range of nearby attractions for our guests.

House rules advocate responsible exchanges - a non-smoking, no-parties policy is in place for the comfort of all our guests. An additional fee is assigned for pet stays and late check-outs. Our property hosts are always available to ensure your stay exceeds expectations, making your venture into the heart of Missouri's wilderness a truly memorable one.
