Guest Access:

You'll have the entire condo (unit 401 at Pura Playa Condos), plus access to the building's rooftop infinity pools and fitness center. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox/keypad code at the unit; we send your access details and directions before arrival once your registration is complete.



The Neighborhood:

Pura Playa is right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just steps from the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) with its restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife, and a short walk to the Caribbean beach. You're close to supermarkets, the Cozumel ferry, and easy day trips to cenotes, Tulum, Xcaret, and Mayakoba's golf - the ideal central spot for both relaxing and exploring.



Getting Around:

Cancun International Airport is about 50 minutes away, with ADO buses and private transfers easy to arrange (we're happy to help). Once here, Playa del Carmen is very walkable - Fifth Avenue, the beach, and the ferry are all close by. Taxis and rideshares are readily available, and a rental car is handy for exploring the Riviera Maya.



Other Things to Note:

- Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details and codes.

- Check-in is self-service via a lockbox/keypad code at unit 401.

- We provide starter welcome amenities; for longer stays you may wish to top up consumables.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.
