The hotel was very nice. I love that it has a classic timeless look about it. If there is one thing I would say with this hotel ,it must do better with their food and drinks. It was not all that great and for the price you are being charged, I would recommend you eat in the city. The front desk staff were very nice and Alenjandro assist us professionally. I do love the fact that the security of EL Rancho are constantly watching the property and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

I needed to let you know my expectation didn't satisfy because i ordered a premium room for my relatives which 2 beds for 3 people they gave them one queen bed i would like to know why i paid for something i didn't get . Thank you

Safe place to stay but little noisy cause to many people used the pool… I thought water in pool need to be clean more often , last weekend I was there I can’t even use the pool cause a bunch of people using the pool get the water dirty… My issue with this place is the pool is not on good condition…

Food was way too expensive. Paid breakfast for 4 at $13 a person, paid dinner buffet for 4 at $39 per person per day everyday. A al carte even more. Bar expensive. For the hotel price breakfast could have been included. That would be the reason i would exited to stay they again. Staff was amazing. I was not feeling well so to medical issues, they help me carefully choose my food as directed by doctors. Very smiley people. The ATM exchange rate was unfair. Room was comfortable. Shower was great. Pool needs better treatment. It was safe place. I had a good time at the casino. The kids loved it off course because they did not spend a penny from they pocket...lol

Front desk was lying about how much money the cab is to the airport. They raised the price. At El rancho they prohibited visitors to visit you in your room first time I see that I travel every month to other countries. Some of the front desk employees are rude.

The place was lovely, mostly everything was in excellent condition. The only two problems was the food, and the gym. The food was a let down because it was the same thing every day as far as breakfast and lunch. Also, better equipment for the gym is needed. The AC was not working, causing a very hot climate. Need machines that actually work.

They need to decide if this place is a venue or a hotel. You will not get not one peaceful night. They always have something going on. Access to the pool is closed when they have their concerts. Anybody can get into this place which makes it very unsafe. The food is nasty. The personal is very unprofessional except the cleaning staff. Overall DO NOT GO THERE.
