This beautiful home was built in 2005 and refurnished in 2022. This house is great for a large family or two small families.

Sleeps twelve in one king, one queen, three twin over full bunk beds (four total bunk beds) and one queen air mattress (best saved for kids)

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large furnished covered deck w/deck chairs, porch hammock and beach views. Downstairs has a large Tiki Bar with outdoor seating, decorative lighting and a deck swing. The backyard has a fire pit with seating

INDOOR LIVING: Downstairs game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and wall-size Connect 4. 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, beautiful furnishings

KITCHEN: Large kitchen with a twelve-place bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware & flatware.

Includes a fully stocked coffee bar with a combo K-cup & drip coffee maker, a french press and pour-over coffee along with an assortment of fresh coffee beans

LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, 12 beach towels

Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent. If you are staying more than three days you may need to purchase more of these extras!

Parking: Driveway (up to 4 vehicles, NO RVs, no parking on the grass!)
