Vain muutama vuosi sitten rakennettu Maison Vue Des Iles on luonteeltaan ja ulkonÀöltÀÀn perinteinen istutuskiinteistö. Yksityinen asema on aidatulla, ja puutarhoissa on hieno kokoelma trooppisia kasveja. Talon takana on Bougainvilleassa peitetty tuulileikkaus graniittipaljastusta. Sisustus on todellinen kontrasti, sisustus on nykyaikaista siirtomaa-tyyliÀ, valkoiset seinÀt ja sohvat ovat pehmentÀneet puulattiat ja huonekalut, mezzanine-taso ei estÀ nÀkymÀÀ ylöspÀin 30ft pÀÀlle koskenlaskuista. Paikallisten taiteilijoiden (mukaan lukien kuuluisan naapurimme Raymond Dubuissonin) valtavat öljymaalaukset tarjoavat vÀriÀ. YksikÀÀn ei kuitenkaan voi kilpailla meren eloisan turkoosin kanssa, joka voidaan nÀhdÀ suoraan eteenpÀin taitettavien verannan ovien kautta. Askeleminen on henkeÀsalpaavaa, paikalliset uskovat, ettei trooppisen saaren paratiisissa ole enÀÀ kauniita paikkoja. KiinteistössÀ on liesiuuni, jÀÀkaappi, astianpesukone, pesula, hifi ja kirjasto. Suurin osa ajasta vietetÀÀn ulkona, joko meressÀ tai katsot sitÀ aurinkoterassilta tai verannalta.

La vue depuis la maison est à couper le souffle . Depuis la terrasse nous avons pu admirer tortues raie et les dauphins certains matins. C est un spot de snorkeling exceptionnel. La maison est isolée dans un cadre de nature trÚs agréable. En un mot : un vrai petit coin de paradis

Villa magnifique, avec vue sur l’ocĂ©an. Un petit havre de paix ressourçant, avec une tristesse en partant !La villa est sur la fin d’un petit chemin, on se retrouve presque seul au monde cela est juste magique.Pour ce qui sont Ă  la recherche d’un endroit calme bercĂ© au son des vagues de l’ocĂ©an, avec un jardin trĂšs bien entretenu, une terrasse grandiose ou l’on aime se poser avec un petit cafĂ©, ou un petit rhum
.. je recommande vivement.Un grand merci Ă  Claudette et son Ă©quipe pour ces vacances merveilleuses.

Wir waren im November, es war unsere fĂŒnfte Seychellenreise, in dieser schönen kreolischen Villa zu Gast. Die Vermieterin reagiert freundlich und rasch auf Fragen.Da wir einige Tage in absoluter Ruhe, ausser dem Meeresrauschen verbringen wollten waren wir genau richtig am Anse la Blague.Das Haus ist wunderschön, obwohl schon etwas in die Jahr gekommen.Sehr gut eingerichtet mit wirklich allem was man braucht.Sehr toll ist, das ein grosser Wasserspender in der KĂŒche ist, man muss also nicht selber Wasser schleppen.DIe Strasse ist schon etwas abenteuerlich aber die Belohnung ist gross.Wer gerne abgeschieden seinen Urlaub verbringen will, wird es geniessen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

The location and views are spectacular and completely as described, sadly this is where it ends in the luxury section, the pictures of the property are very old, and not representative of the current state of maintenance. We found the entire property to be lacking and all issues mentioned by a very few other travelers to be correct. On arrival we were told that the shower in one bathroom was not functioning - this was a major let down, and as it had been a problem for a while, we should have been informed in advance and given the opportunity to cancel and book elsewhere. The upper patio was wonderful with spectacular views and good furniture, but the stairs to the lower deck, and the deck itself was deteriorating and the handrails were rickety and a health hazard. The nice deck furniture from the pictures have been replaced by plastic sunbeds and chairs. The pool was a disaster - the overflow system was not used so the surface was dirty, and the pool was murky and with algae growing. The furniture inside were not luxurious at all - beds are not true king size but doubles, but OK comfortable. There were lots of other issues - no hand soap, only limited drinking water provided, only small amount of shampoo available. Our greatest shock was discussing the failures with the host, and being offered compensation, provided we did not leave a negative review ! This we reported to VRBO, and this might explain the continuing positive reviews, on this outdated and overpriced property.

Amazing property in all respects and excellent interactions with the owner, property managers, cleaners etc. Would highly recommend. Only slight caution would be for a family with small children--would need to be supervised as the pool is in a beautiful but elevated position and the beach/coral next to the house can be a little challenging to swim in when the sea is rough (we were there in the windy season), but our teenage children loved it!

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la villa « vue des Ăźles ». L’accueil est professionnel, Ă  l’aĂ©roport de Praslin (taxi envoyĂ© et pris en charge). La villa est grande, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e, et calme. La vue est magnifique sur l’ocĂ©an. Quel plaisir, par exemple, de dĂ©jeuner face Ă  la mer ! Le mĂ©nage est fait tous les deux jours. La piscine est petite mais trĂšs fonctionnelle. Les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ©. Le village d’Anse La Blague est un atout Ă©galement : belle plage, contact facile avec les habitants, Ă©picerie pratique pour dĂ©panner. Quelques petits inconvĂ©nients mais mineurs : 1) la route d’accĂšs depuis Baie St Anne est Ă©troite et escarpĂ©e 2) le cĂŽtĂ© trĂšs lugubre le soir une fois la nuit tombĂ©e. Le calme vaut aussi la nuit, mais parfois on se sent seul au monde. 3) pas mal de petites bĂȘtes et d’insectes cohabitent avec vous jusque dans la villa : lĂ©zards, blattes. Nous avons mĂȘme eu un Ă©norme mille-pattes. 4) La plage de la villa est petite et surtout impraticable du fait des vagues. Il n’y a manifestement pas de barriĂšre de corail Ă  cet endroit. Mais les plages ne manquent sur l’üle. Une nouvelle fois, notre bilan est largement positif, et c’est inconvĂ©nients restent mineurs. Nous recommandons cette villa.

The house and property are gorgeous. Once you arrive you do not want to leave. When you enter it is difficult to know where to look. The doors are open with an expansive ocean view and the most photogenic little island just to the left. The white walls of the house are covered with original oil paintings, most by local artists. The house is, literally, at the end of the road.. very private, on single track road which requires careful navigation. There is some of the best snorkeling I have experienced just down the steps from the house. The fish were exquisite but it was the vast variety of clean, colorful and unbroken coral that fascinated me. We cooked several dinners in to the enjoy the home and ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped. There are many games for evening entertainment and the A/C in the bedrooms was a welcome relief. It is the tropics so expect heat, humidity, a few bugs, cute skinks and geckos. The skinks and geckos are another source of entertainment. We spent hours in the pool enjoying the view. It is the best spot on the island, in my opinion. It is very easy to explore the rest of the island and La Digue, from here, before returning back to the peace and quiet at the end of the road. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly. When we arrived there was little welcome pack of island treats, which we enjoyed.

Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich total zu entspannen . Es ist toll im Pool zu liegen Und auf das Meer zu schauen . Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Jederzeit wieder. 😊

Unbeschreibliche Lage vom Maison de Vue des Iles! Sehr großzĂŒgiges Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Housekeeping nach Absprache und Bedarf sehr sorgfĂ€ltig. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist umsichtig und immer erreichbar. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich wegen der der anderen Art und Weise, wie auf den Seychellen Straßen gebaut werden. Den kostenlosen Service des Hauses, sich bei der Anreise abholen zu lassen, sollte man unbedingt in Anspruch nehmen.

Abgesehen von dem einzigartigem Haus und dem atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer, ist die Lage wirklich perfekt. Das Haus hatte keine MĂ€ngel vorzuweisen und auch der Garten war sehr schön gepflegt. Der private Zugang zum Meer war unser absoluter Favorit zusammen mit dem Infinity-Pool. Auch die Einrichtung des Hauses war unvergleichlich. Keine nervigen Fliegen oder Spinnen. Nur der Weg zum Haus war ein Abenteuer fĂŒr sich, aber machbar. Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette superbe maison dotĂ©e d’une vue exceptionnelle sur l’ocĂ©an. Tout Ă©tait au rendez-vous mĂȘme les tortues. La piscine est un plus car la mise Ă  l’eau par la plage privĂ©e n’est pas toujours Ă©vidente.

Sehr ruhige gelegenes perfekt ausgestattetes Haus am Meer mit traumhaftem Meerblick und vielen schönen Sitz- und Grillgelegenheiten. Kleiner Strand und je nach Wetterlage auch zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage und bedanken uns herzlich fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft! Familie Lange

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  Praslin aprĂšs 15 heures de voyage. Ryan devait venir nous chercher Ă  l'aĂ©roport, il nous a envoyĂ© un autre taxi, sans plus d'explication
 AprĂšs avoir rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© notre vĂ©hicule de location, nous nous sommes dirigĂ©s vers Anse la Blague et la maison vue des Iles. La conduite aux Seychelles se fait Ă  gauche, c'est une habitude Ă  prendre, un peu dĂ©concertant au dĂ©part. La route qui mĂšne Ă  la maison (3 kilomĂštres) est en fait une piste bĂ©tonnĂ©e d'une largeur d'environ deux mĂštres au maximum, sans accotements avec des fossĂ©s d'une profondeur d'un mĂštre pour l'Ă©coulement des eaux de pluie. Inutile de prĂ©ciser qu'il est impossible de croiser un autre vĂ©hicule sans se garer dans les deux ou trois emplacements prĂ©sents sur les trois kilomĂštres. La route est abrupte et dangereuse (attention aux bus !!). On a failli accrocher le vĂ©hicule plusieurs fois. ArrivĂ©s enfin Ă  la maison Ryan nous attendait et nous a fait visiter. Il est trĂšs professionnel. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s un dimanche, les commerces Ă©taient fermĂ©s, Ryan nous a dit qu'il y avait de la nourriture au frigo (10 Ɠufs et une bouteille de vin). Pour 3 personnes inutile de prĂ©ciser que nous n'avons pas frĂŽlĂ© l'indigestion
 La maison est conforme aux clichĂ©s, elle est agrĂ©able. La femme de mĂ©nage passe tous les jours et reste environ 3 heures, c'est quelqu'un de trĂšs discret et sĂ©rieux. La connection WIFI est bonne aucun problĂšme pour surfer ou consulter ses mails. Trois ou quatre chaines de tĂ©lĂ©vision francophone sont Ă  votre disposition. L'Ă©quipement de la maison est complet mis Ă  part le four micro-onde qui est absent. On a envoyĂ© un mail Ă  Claudette pour lui en faire part, visiblement ça ne semble pas ĂȘtre sa prĂ©occupation, c'est dommage de mĂ©goter pour un appareil Ă  50 euros d'autant que c'est plus pratique que de faire rĂ©chauffer ses aliments "a l'ancienne" dans des casseroles sur la gaziniĂšre
 Si vous recherchez le contact humain, oubliez, la propriĂ©taire ne nous a pas fait l'honneur d'une rencontre pas plus que d'un coup de fil pour souhaiter la bienvenue. Franchement c'est la premiĂšre fois que je vois cela depuis 30 ans que je voyage. C'est dommage de considĂ©rer la location comme un business, un minimum de convivialitĂ© est toujours apprĂ©ciable... Pour rĂ©sumer, si vous avez un chauffeur, si vous n'avez pas d'apprĂ©hension en voiture et si vous ne souhaitez aucun contact humain avec qui que ce soit, allez passer quelques jours dans cette villa Ă  la vue exceptionnelle.

We had high expectations and were positively surprised. The cottage is set at the end of a road, and offers total tranquility. The reef in front of the house is probably the best snorkeling spot on Praslin (so we were told). In the house we found everything in perfect condition, and every day the housekeeper took care of the place, bringing our stay close to a hotel stay. Our only word of caution is for those who do not like to drive narrow roads and for those who cannot walk a few stairs. Also, we founded the sea to be quite challenging for our 10 year old son. For younger children the snorkeling might be too difficult. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Praslin.

Ein Traumhaus inmitten einer traumhaften Kulisse an einem kleinem Privatstrand; das war unser erster Eindruck und dieser hielt bis zum Schluss unseres Urlaubs. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und gut ausgestattet. FĂŒr die Lage und um die wunderschönen StrĂ€nde der Insel zu besuchen, ist ein Auto unentbehrlich. Die Villa ist ideal fĂŒr Urlauber, die die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, die Natur lieben und gerne schwimmen und schnorcheln. Das einzigartige an diesem Ort ist der atemberaubende Blick auf das weite Meer und der herzliche und aufmerksame Gartner. Organisation und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Claudette war Top! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können Maison Vue des Iles uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen!
