We arrived at around 6:45pm. Our room was supposed to be available at 3pm. It was a very cold night and the room was not ready. At first i was told that we could stay at a sister hotel, after 20 minutes, i was told that, that hotel would be more expensive. So i was left in the beginning of a 3 day weekend without a hotel despite having had a reservation. I called the Choice hotel people and was put on hold for over an hour, i never heard from them. I got a much more expensive hotel. I called expedia and they offered a $25.00 coupon fir future use, which is also failed customer service.
