Ilmastointia ei saanut säädettyä ja vaikutti kuulemma koko talon lämmitykseen? Olivat pahoillaan siitä, mutta yöllä lämpötila 26 astetta. Ikkunan avaaminen aiheutti suurta liikenne melua.

Our room was on the first floor, so the noise was a bit annoying. Special thanks to the bartender in the lobby bar! He was awesome :)

Really nice stay and would come back
Excellent stay. Really nice staff and cool design in room and public areas. Perfect location to get around Rome. Distance to bus stop under 100 meter. Small roof top area. Breakfast good, many choices. Only small negative thing, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages were not so hot. Still definetily would stay again

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, kaikkiin kuuluisimpiin nähtävyyksiin kävelymatka. Hotellin siisteystaso ja kunto olivat hyvät ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. Aamiainen muuten ihan ok, mutta lämpimäksi tarkoitetut tarjottavat eivät kyllä sitä olleet ja keitetyt kananmunat oli valmistettu edellisenä iltana ja rutikuiviksi keitettyjä. Silti voin suositella hotellia Rooman matkaajille.

Antamanne puhlinnumerot Shuttle Car Asiakaspalveluun olivat muuttuneet. Kun piti vahvistaa paluukuljetuksen, olisi ollut mahdotonta ilman hotellin apua. Huono asia!!!

Hotelli lähellä keskusrautatieasemaa ja olisi pitänyt käyttää junaa sukkulataksin sijasta, matka taksilla oli liikenteen takia pitkä ja puuduttava.

Hyvä hotelli, hyvällä paikalla
Sijainti erinomainen. Kävelymatka Terminin rautatieasemalle. Kaikki nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä.Emme käyttäneet julkisia liikennevälineitä kertaakaan lomamme aikana. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen. Huone oli modernin viihtyisä, siisti ja tehokkaasti ilmastoitu.

Hotel had no AC, we couldn’t sleep as the room was so hot, we had to open the window to get some air in but it was so noisy, you can hear the cars and people being so loud, it was terrible! room was not so clean either, not what the Rome time hotel use to be. Very disappointing.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Am guten Frühstücksbuffet würde ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung nicht schaden, aber grundsätzlich war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist prima und wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Room small for a fam of 4, but overall that is European standards. Walkable to all main places, near shops and restaurants! Great breakfast. Would stay here again

Really foul smell in the room. We suspect it was coming from the toilet? Floors were dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a central location and can get to main attractions easily by foot.

We only stayed one night as part of a layover but our room was clean and quiet, the staff were very nice and helpful, we liked the convenient dinner recommendation we received, enjoyed the area, had a great drink in the lobby bar. The breakfast is also comfortable and nice.

Don’t be scared off by a couple of the iffy reviews. The Rome Times Hotel is an awesome find at a great price. We booked the executive double room which was by far the largest and most comfortable room of our two week tour of Italy. Amazing ac, modern amenities, a large comfortable bed, and enough space for us to unpack fully and still stash our large luggage out of view. The location was perfect for our first time in Rome - 10 minute walk from the train station, and central to the trevi fountain, colosseum and pantheon. There’s also both a pharmacy, mini market and atm right downstairs which made for added convenience. Would recommend!

The room was nice. The location was great. Our biggest issue was the shower. It was absolutely tiny, all glass, and in the middle of the room. Zero privacy if traveling with children or a friend. The shower head was as large as the space. You could barely turn around, and it was really really hard to take a shower. Plus no matter what we did it would leak out the bottom. This was evident as an ongoing problem as the water leaks so much into the toilet room beside and the wood was rotten into this room. The shower is an issue that needs to be addressed. Other than this the property was fine.
