However, we would like to point out that the privacy and security of our customers is always taken into very high consideration. All our staff, also following national laws, are trained on the procedures to follow. In this case, probably due to the crowding of the hall, our guest agent may have mistakenly used a higher tone of voice. Regarding the late departure, we are sorry if our employee could not explain clearly, or if there was a misunderstanding. Guests in our hotel arrive mainly early in the morning. In fact, we have no control over cab companies and the prices that drivers charge their passengers.
